But it seemed that no matter how much she wished it, both boys just stood there standing and laughing at her misfortune. All the people around just walked around her, or past her like they didn't even notice. Sable had no idea what she could do. She felt so utterly powerless that she stood up, with dirt in her hands and threw it at both of them. "You cowards." She accused them, "If you want to fight so badly join the other men in combat. Picking on me seems hardly honorable-"

"But its so darn hilarious freak!" They called back.

"Well if it is humor you are looking for..." Sable picked up two of the pies on the cart near where she fell and walked over to the boys and placed both pies upside down on their heads, "Then why don't you go home and look in the mirror, because you both look funny to me." She turned around, paid the woman with the pie stand for the pies and then proceed to go on with her route. Although she wasn't sure she could still buy all she needed to, after purchasing the useless pies.

She wasn't bothered after that, in fact both boys would probably never forget the number of people laughing as they past them by in the market.
