Are there any maplers on here that are in Bellocan and around lvl 25?

My strong suggestion is solo for now. Constructing parties takes a lot of social effort, and it'll be a while till you find people that are suitable. A lot of low level people quit or switch characters, but you want someone who will keep playing. Party experience is directly contingent on ALL people doing their fair share. At low levels you'll get a lot of ppl who are dicking around or leeching, so you'll lose a ton of xp.
If you are intent on partying, make it to lvl 35 and do Ludi PQ. Because of double experience people train who would otherwise PQ and it's now easier to get in I think.
The time party begins to make huge sense is when the Clerics turn to priests and get Holy Symbol. A party of 3+ people with holy symbol, with all people doing their share of the work, is strictly better than soloing.

Once you reach lvl 30 you can also do that new monster carnival with your friends. 3nodding I wouldn't know tho, because I'm only lvl 23. xd

But I'm nowhere near your level.
I have a 65 Fire/Poison Wizard (Relassio), a 55 Hunter (SokudoAtsui), and a 44 Cleric (Luxien).

i got a lvl 52 and a lvl 11 warrior but wont take long to lvl
