 The forest was so... Drab. While spring was on its way it had not yet made it this far and the warmth of the sun had done little to bring any interesting color into the area... Well, any interesting color beyond his own, that was. He was here and that alone should have been enough to leave a fabulous impression on those around him... Save for the fact that there were no others about. "How wretched." His nose wrinkled as he gave his head a light toss, pink mane fluttering against a pale neck. How could one put on a good performance when there was no one around to perform for?

 Nice, quiet, dim enough that it wasn't a bother... And then... he saw it. He flicked his ear at the, -pinkness- of this new stalion. "It's been worse" He interejected, at least partially curious about the.... flamboyant new comer.

"Of course it has. It's been without me before." He grinned, giving his head another light toss before turning towards the sound of the voice that had interrupted his solitude. Finally, an audience.
"My, my... Aren't you a bit on the grey side." His nose wrinkled slightly. "What cloud's been following you around, darling?"

"..." god he really could pick them couldn't he?
"...yes....yes I am on the grey side." he said dryly. "And you are very much on the =pink= side...kindly don't call me 'Darling'" he scowled.
What, his color wasn't good enough for this...this...oh god what ever...
"May I help you?"

"You say that as if it's a bad thing." He smiled brightly, blue eyes dancing with delight. "One must find a way to keep all eyes focused where they belong during a show, you know. Why bother putting on a performance of any sort if all eyes aren't front and center, hm?" His brow lofted slightly as he looked to the stallion. "You? Help me? No, no... You should be asking yourself how I could help -you- instead."

He -had- to be kidding... He really had to be "You make -grey- sound like a bad thing too." He scowled.

"Hm. Now that is a fabulous question." He took a step back so that he could eye the other stallion for a moment before taking a slow walk around him. "We could start with that drab look of yours. A smile every now and then works wonders to bring a bit of color to your face, you know. Have you ever tried smiling before?"

"Who said anything about spotlight? If that was what you wanted you would have to do much more than smile, you know." He snorted softly, tilting his head away with mild disinterest before turning back towards the other stallion. "Not wanting the spotlight is still no reason to go about looking like some sky has just opened up and poured buckets of rain onto your little head, you know."

His ears folded again for a moment.
"And I can see the raveging hoards of followers just begging to be =honnored= by your spotlight" He drolled sarcasticly.

"A -fabulous- personality hmm?" He nodded as though he were honestly considering it. "And when exactly do you plan on producing one of those pray tell?" He beamed up at the taller stalion with a not quite sincere but utterly sarcastic smile.

"And you'd be an expert on -that- I suppose" He quipped shaking his head... "Your a long way from a stage oh 'fabulous' one... I'm not here to be a charity case and thier s nothing wrong with my Grey and I'll smile if I find something to smile at, as it stands, I have found only fluttery females and YOU... " He said tossing his head slightly and stamping his foot.
"So offended after all when your the one whom started flinging about the insults... What's your NAME then Mister Headliner..." He asked moving to be the one circling the flamboyant stalion in turn.

"Have something about flutters or is it just a problem with the females?" His brow lofted slightly. "Things like that can often be solved with a smile as well, you know. It's amazing the way a mare's face can brighten when she thinks that you're charmer." A grin curved the corners of his mouth as he stepped back before bowing. "The fabulous Maximillion Galactica at your service."
