I might be willing to join in an RP with you, but you would have to have a plot before I would guarantee that I would join.
Also, just a bit of advice, you shouldn't say "I'm going to use such and such character" because people don't necessarily know who that character is and they might be put off or feel like you're trying to exclude them by using characters they don't know. It's best to put some information about your character and the plot you have in mind and then people will be able to decide if they want to join in.
