Please Thank AE for coming up with the idea...
Here is what he recommended for us and this is where all jutsu will be stored from now on after you trained in the dojo:
[Name of Jutsu]
The name's as good as the jutsu. Be creative about the name of your jutsu so that it can sound cool when you use it on your opponent.
[Type of Jutsu]
Here, you'll type what type of jutsu you'll be using. It can be Ninjutsu(Ninja Technique), Genjutsu(Illusion Technique), Taijutsu(Hand-To-Hand Combat), Fuinjutsu(Sealing Technique), or Kinjutsu(Forbidden technique(recconmended for jonin and up)).
[Rank of Jutsu]
You must input the rank of your jutsu. Another rule: if you are a certain rank of ninja, you MUST make a jutsu equal to your rank.
[Element(s) of Jutsu]
Here, you'll type the type of element the jutsu focuses on. if there are two elements (max amount), the type the dominating element first, then the second. If there are no elements involved (Taijutsu or Genjutsu), then type 'no elements'.
[Range of Jutsu]
You'll put how far a distance your jutsu will have to go in order to hit your opponent the most(BE REASONABLE!).
[Description of Jutsu]
Here, you'll describe how your jutsu works and how it damages your opponent. Be creative on this part as well!!
NO GODMODDING A JUTSU!!!! IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!

Genin: E, D, C rank Jutsu only (One complete post)
Chuunin: E, D, C, B rank Jutsu (One complete post)
Jonin: E, D, C, B, A rank Jutsu (One complete post)
ANBU and Kage: E, D, C, B, A, S rank Jutsu (One complete post)
Kage and Chairperson (Me :YYO): Kinjutsu (Two Complete Posts)
Each Complete Post would include a raise in stat.

The ground zero point of range is about 10m. The aftershocks extend about 50m.
[Description of Jutsu]
The jutsu starts by molding Earth chakra in both hands. As you achieve maximum chakra, you then slam the ground with the chakra contained and then the fun begins. The Ground Zero Impact would level everything in a 10m radius. The aftershocks would lift the earth and that would continue going an extra 50m or so. Also, if someone gets too close, they fall into the ground caused by the initial impact.

No Range. It must be molded.
[Description of Jutsu]
First, start by molding Tsuchi (Earth) into your kunai. As you fuse the Tsuchi with your kunai, the Kunai will trun from Metal to Rock. Then release the Kunai. Then mold Kasai (Fire) and then grab the Tsuchi infused Kunai. Hold it hard then concentrate on fusing them together. After that, slowly place the kunai down and within a few seconds, the kunai will trun back into metal. As you toss the kunai, it will explode everything that it touches but the kunai will not break.
Caution, this jutsu is tough at first and I don't recommend it to anyone who isn't Jonin yet. Because you can also store them like regular kunai. The shock you create can also set the kunai off and you might get blown away...

The user will be able to transform into anything he/she desires. First, the user starts off by using the tiger hand sign. Then the user thinks about the person or thing he/she wants to transform to. After a puff of smoke, the user will be transform into that person or thing. This jutsu takes chakra from the user the moment they transform so after a long period of time, the jutsu will cancel itself out. The jutsu will also cancel itself out if the user doesn't concentrate enough or gets hit hard enough.

[Description of Jutsu]
A miniature whirlwind comes out of your hands and can stop objects in their tracks, deflect them if you concentrate more. If you use it on an opponent, it will spin them and make them dizzy. It can also be used to blow willow tree leaves(hint hint) and make a mess. Mostly for defense.

By using the seals, this jutsu takes form to the legs, giving you a speed boost in battle or on missions. The problem with this jutsu is that Genin and Chuunin when using this jutsu, the chakra leaks and creates a chakra trail. For Jounin, ANBU, and even Kages, the residue from using the chakra is smeared all over the legs, allowing other ninja to track you in that aspect.

description- Darkness surrounds the opponent as he disappears into the dark mist as he fed off the fear of his opponents. As he walked out as his opponent would be reckless and afraid. Then the final blow as he would impale his opponent to death.
