Hopefully this will help make some sense out of this OMG thing for some of you. I know I was clueless when I first started with it. I have mine on Bebo, so I'm not sure if it is different at all from the Facebook version. If it is different, I can only hope it's nothing major. XD
Alright, now there are two 'rooms' and you can move back and forth between these rooms by walking your avy to one of the green EXIT signs. Each time you leave a room, it 'resets' the clickable items. In the indoor disco type room, there are three types of clickable items, each of these can be clicked three times. There are two speakers on the stage, four (?) balls, and two tall light thingies scattered around the room. The parking lot area also has three different clickable items! How convenient! There are two garbage cans, five light posts, and five shopping carts. Also, if you click on a parking spot, it'll put your car there, if you have one. If you don't have one, it just puts a generic one there.
You can, of course, also chat there. But most people seem to just get in, fill their meter and get out. lol That's what I do anyway. XD As you can see, in my last screenie, the gift meter is greyed out. That means I can't fill it again yet. I haven't figured out the time limit, but it's at least a week in between items. Also, you should be able to fill your meter in about 30 minutes or so.
The first item is the GO Player.
The second item is the GO Phones.
I think the third is the GO Helmet, but I only have the first two so far. XD

Oooh thanks!! Yes it looks like the facebook one is exactly the same. Darn, the helmet is the third item! But I'm gonna go for it!

I just got the first item!! It was running a little slowly for me at times, so next time I think I'll pick a time when kids are at school and maybe turn my avi into a frog for faster traveling.
There are 3 balls I found. smile I set up a little pattern for clicking everything, and am glad to see I know when my 3 clicks are over because the thing either stops wiggling, or disappears.
Thanks for the tips again! I never would have figured it out!

Not an event, but an application you can install on your facebook profile and log into and earn some items that are only gotten through there. I'm guessing it'll be up and available for a while.
I figure it's just another way they're spreading themselves and advertising themselves, like the kiki tour announcements that I pay no attention to because they're not in my area, and even if they were, I'm not sure I'd go.
Have you looked into facebook any more Rue? I started finally exploring it this week and I got addicted! I added you as a friend. Some of the applications are cute, allowing you to send virtual image gifts back and forth between friends, and others are little feed-the-pet things where you earn currency and buy items/decorations for your pet. And like Plum? said, you can try out the applications and remove them later if you don't like them. I already have a bunch of different things on my profile!

Yeah, it was me that spoke about being able to try out different applications. Rue, if you were interested in seeing applications, both fawN and I have some--you go directly to our profile and scroll around to see is there is something that looks interesting. Click on it and try it out.

Yeesh, so 4 items now? I haven't tried for the second yet and want to wait until some of these facebook easter events are over first. I think I may try zooming around as a cheshire cat smile in the air when I do though! lol
