I bet it has to do with settings. Try right clicking and checking out "properties".

If your still having trouble I'll help you when I get home from work.

At 3 or so.

I fixed it though, thanks to Teliko Freedman.

I had to put a theme on.

I got tips from some people and /g/.

Two things:

1. Right click on My computer
2. Click properties
3. Go to advanced tab.
4. Under Perfomance click Settings
Under Visual Effect
Use Adjust for Best Appearance and Apply.
Probably this works if not check or uncheck some shadow boxes and then apply.

OR

System Restore. If this is something that came up randomly, but worked before, that always fixes it.

Start
Help and Support Center
Under Pick a Tast
Undo Changes to your computer with System Restore.

The rest is simple.

Tried System restore, nothing.

I did the SR to a day before the fact.

Then tried what you said, nothing happened.

I could just not use Icons, its not that bad.

Yeah.

The icon is fine, but the text is a t**t.
Will do.

Any new icons are ******** up though.

I could contact MS, ******** get at them for hours straight.

I'm not sending the comp in though.

My pr0n is not for their viewing.
