I'd help but nobody has yet told me what you look for in your members.
Like with my Guild, I look for people who are competent, Know how to spell, have decent grammar, and have some knowledge of Role Playing or the patience to learn.
So tell me and I may be able to help.

Sorry I may be a bit preoccupied for a while... I was hacked last week so until I can get my stuff back I may not be on much unless I'm playing Gaia games and working on getting gold...
