Well at the beginining of this year I made myself an reading goal to read 100 books or more. So far I am reading my 18th book. I wonder do any of you guys have any kind of reading goals for this year. It can be in any range, I know some people that they just want to read 50 books and even crazy people that want to read over 200! So do you have a reading goal?

For the sake of being odd I'm going to read 72 books this year, or more if possible. I'd try to set my goal to 100 but I don't think I'll be able to, only for the reasons that I'll be able to obtain that many book. I've read around 11 so far, reading my 12th now.

I don't really set reading goals. I think I read about 150ish books a year... but I don't really keep count. I enjoy reading more then watching most tv shows or movies (i still like some types of movies a lot!). So for me saying I'm going to be reading 100 number of books is like most people saying "I'm going to watch 100 movies this year." Thats just me though, and I know thats really different from most people. ninja

I have never set myself a specific goal except that I always have something to read. I read really quickly and average between 3-10 books a month.

I find it hard to count the books I read, but I think on average I read two books a week. In other words, i don't need a goal.

I can sometimes do that depending on the book and how well it is written.
