I suggest that everyone does this. it's a great idea and a good source for those of who do not live within a daily drive/walk.---- If possible, could you all review the hotel you stayed in this year, and, perhaps, previous years? This could be very helpful to everyone here when they are deciding which hotel they are staying at. The more hotels and opinions we get in here, the better. Here is a form I made that you can fill out. For the most part, you are just picking answers. Not much work, I hope. Quote: Hotel Name: ___________ How many people did you room with?__ How much did you (as an individual) pay for your room per night?___ Closeness to BCC: a) excellent b) pretty good c) a bit of a walk, but not bad d) kind of annoying, unless you don't mind walking a few blocks e) awful, unless you love walking or have easier transportation Comfort of Beds:a) like heaven b) pretty cozy, but could be better c) er... not that great d) like sleeping on the *beep*in floor! Service at Hotel:a) very good b) good, but could be better c) average d) poor e) awful Knowledge and Politeness of Staff at Hotela) wonderful b) okay, I guess c) meh, I've had much better d) awful Closeness to Resources (food, etc.):a) good b) average c) poor Space in rooms:a) lots of it b) meh, I could live with it c) I felt crammed in More positives (swimming pool, health club, bar, sauna, whirlpool, etc.):__________ More negatives/annoyances (room stunk, room was dirty when you first arrived, elevators not working, etc.)__________ Overall, did you feel you got your money's worth?:a) yes! b) hard to say... c) what a rip-off! Would you consider staying there again?:a) of course! b) I might consider it c) I'd consider it, if there were no other options d) no friggin' way, man!

A random note: The closet in the rooms at the Tremont Plaza (I don't remember what the name of our kind of room was, but it was the cheapest one) was perfect for a room of cosplayers. Seriously, it was bigger than the bathroom xp . So if you're rooming with a few cosplayers & ya each have multiple costumes, you'll have nice space for them

I would normally say that the Days is the cheapest, most conveniently located hotel in the inner harbor, but seeing as it's sold out already that would be a bit pointless.
Unfortunately in terms of hotels, it really is "what you pay for is what you get". The higher the cost, unfortunately, the nicer the hotel is going to be. I won't go into my opinion of the cheapest places in the harbor, but they're certainly not five star.

I had one friend completly get screwed in his hotel. I met him in the photo suit, and then I saw him again on the last day heading home out of the place, he was almost in tears.
The hotel had set him up in a chep-o room and he was fine with it. Then the toilet or something floods and they move him upward to a much better room, and when he goes to check out they charged him like... $500 extra dollars. I felt really bad for him. T.T
