"Dynamic Winter " (Haiku)
Wet Ice Willow branches Swinging Light.
My willow tree is whipping around outside of my window. Parts are frozen. When the branches collide, sparks of ice fly off them. It's very pretty, like glitter.

"Winter Cicada"
Time passes while we are away When light shines on the crest Of each new born day
When a thousand small wings Form a million silver mirrors Reflecting the world onto itself Casting off suits of armor Lifting, stirring, flutters of life.
Decked in stardust and feathery gold The smallest facade of energy A blurring tumult of every reason And all the answers disguised Barely there, contained.
Grip the world tightly For fear of falling off.

"Living in Death"
Souls scream out in the dead of night, Stay to listen, never turn in fright, They're almost done; I'll hear them through, If only to see what hate can do, This is the reason I hide my fears, Catch my heart's own bloody tears, Shun the day to relish dark, Hiding pain to leave no mark. The night is forgiving and hides my sins, Wipes off smiles from evil grins. Taking with them all the strife, The resistance I've lived all my life. And there I am, left no peace, Still in battle, refusing to cease, The war over Wrong and what is Right, Is only dampened by dark, sacred night.
With the light of the day it'll return full force, Lasting until my life runs its course, And my spirit is stolen away, On the wings of night, Never to stay,
But to be carried to Paradise. Living in Death, I die for Life.
This is really about as emo as I get :O Promise.

"Here Comes Anger"
Crimson lines that mark your face Catalyst from slow to rapid gait
Infects the rush of adrenaline Destroying pleasure from endorphins.
Sliding down and ripping from the throat An ugly sound, a guttural note Seems to me like someone's got your goat. dramallama Lol. Okay, now. This was supposed to be a lighthearted poem that uses the common phrase of "got your goat" to express anger. I really hope other people have heard this expression, or else the ending will be really confusing. :3 heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart domokun heart

"Ode to Voyager454's Love of the Obvious"
Dumb can be annoying Dumb can be stupid Dumb can be unintelligent Dumb can be void of intellect Dumb can be you Dumb can be me Dumb can be anything at all Dumb can be nothing at all Dumb can be rather.....Dumb?
Lol, sry Voyager. You made yourself a target for this one. But really, it's very loving criticism of your Painter's Poems. Do you see how static they come across as? At least change it up a little.

"Have We Gone Inactive?"
The wasted talent of this guild Is like a king whose crown has been stripped This rough jewel that passion did build Has dulled the earth from which it was ripped.
There is no logic behind this aversion That dear members hold towards this guild. For no participation is found within Idleness has laid to waste many who were skilled.

"Stream Of Consciousness"
Hands that fold Hands that shape Arms that welcome Arms that take
And holding fast They still the sound Of muffled surprise And no one around
Tighter still the arms do clench Harder still to take a breath Struggle now or take a seat To witness the guardian's sinful feat.
Down to the ground Together falling Murmurs of sound Now silent calling
um... yeah... just wanted to see what might come out as a stream of conscious.... Weird? maybe. Creepy? definitely. I think i might need counseling. lmao

"Cheater"
He takes her hand And takes a seat Pulling her down To kneel at his feet
Tilt of the face Slide of the cheek One coy smile She's decided to cheat
He was a waiter And she newly-wed She had yet to consecrate The chaste marriage bed.
Moving quickly To seal the deal When apane of light falls Upon them, halting their zeal
A shadowed silhouette Of a round man appears "I knew you would do this! Can't you pretend to care?!"
Caught in the act, she replies, "Coming from such a bear? Let me have a little fun and Let me throw away my cares!"
Neglecting the promise She made last night She grabbed the saucer And took a satisfying bite.
"I don't care for your diet. It doesn't give you the right To hostage the cake On our wedding night."
Lmao this still needs work :3

Fades to Glass Down by the bank Where Hush meets Still You can hear the sun rise Over hedgerow and hill
There on that bank Filtered by the clouds Hidden in dense light Is where sight meets sound
Hear on that bank, the slip Of the sun grazing the land Smoldering tenderly And melting the sand
At daybreak on that bank You can swim in the earth. Forgetting nighttime chills For ephemeral mirth.
i have no idea what type of poem this is...... ballad? no. not tragic enough... i don't know :3

Fisted Hand at ten Ripping hair out by midnight It's dawn. Only halfway finished
Procrastination in the form of prose. :3
