This is a Role Play based off 'The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion'. All Right to this game belong to who the F**k made the game and not myself. [Please don't Message me telling me who has the rights to the game. I just don't care.]

How this Role play is going to work is pretty easy for you and a bit of a pain for me. But I'll live with it. [Makes a Mental Note to make a 'Gaia' Account on his X-Box 360 so that when people join he can add them to there.]

First you have to know a few things about how i am going to be doing this before you join. First, I am using Oblivion for the X-Box 360. There is not much of a diffrents from what I can tell. Second, everyone is going to start at Level 1 from the begining of the Game. Meaning that when you start you can't have 100 in Heavy armor or anything like that nor can you have the best armor or cheat armor in the game. The only people that can get passed this rule is myself [Robert.Thibodeau], and my two friends, [Diablo_Woman] [Lupo Wolf]. Not sure if thats how you spell their usernames but At this time I'm not too worried about it. They get passed the Rule because I have their data on my X-Box 360.

You can be from any Race. You can call whatever town you'd like home.
When you join you'll send me a PM telling me a lot about what you want your Character to be like. [Read ahead for help].

This story is based about one year before the death of our Lord and the opening of the gates of Oblivion. We are not going 100% of the real story because if we did it would be boring.

To have your Skills, like blunt or Sneak and so on, increased all you have to do is play as your Character and Sooner or later I'll increase it. I'll send you a PM informing you about it. If you have never played Oblivion this maybe weird for you. If you have not played any of the Older Scrolls Games this is going to be very weird for you.

To level Up, this increases your health and Magic, all you have to do is sleep. In the game the enemys get stronger. Here I may make it so that your Skills go up slower.

[Making a Character] - [PM this to me]

the Towns. Read on.)

out of the jail. So just try to answer the following as best you can.

[If you have no clue what those tow last words mean read on]

K) SpeechCraft. The Art of talking. It is used for making people like you better. You talk about things that you'd normally not talk about like how goodlooking they are or a joke you heard.
[My on friend talks to Shop owners. He feels it makes him better at selling things to them. If it works I can not prove.]
[My other friend never talks to anybody. Feels like it's a was of time.]
[My one character talks to other people from his race but only talks to others for info.]
[My other characters talks to everyone.]

L) Mercantile. The Art of Selling. You get this when you sell you Items for a Good price or a amount of time or from buying. I am not sure if Price effects this at all but yeah.
[My friend Doesn't really get this one much because he normally sells things for almost nothing or just doesn't sell them.]
[I get it a lot because of my selling.]

M) Do you take everything worth money off bodys and Chests that does not count as stealing. [Anything worth something. Keys & Notes count because they are helpful. If you don't grab something just state it.]

N) How do you heal. [Sleep] [Magic] [Waiting] [Praying] [Potions]

O) What do you do with Magic Items. [Sell them.] [Keep useful ones (Explain what useful is to you).] [Keep them all.] [Wear them.]

P) Do you keep anything random.
[My friend has Ale and a lot of it]
[I keep all my keys.]

Q) Characters Name. First and Last atleast. Middle if you would like.
Most Characters should have a First and Last name. If not then they
are parentless and unless explained how they lived for so many years
alone, and it has to be good, they'll be killed the very second they
are made.
Orcs are the only Race, in my eyes, that does not keep Parents.

R) What do they Carry on them.
[My Character carrys only what he needs. Armor, one Sword, Lockpicks, Torches and some repair Hammers.]
[My other character carrys the same as my first but he has a second weapon that he only uses when he gets too good with the first. (Axe and Sword)]
[My friends character carrys three weapons. Just because. He also carrys healing potions.]

Questions & Answers

Q: What does Quick Travel mean?
A: Quick Travel in the game is when you go to your map and click on a place you have been and it will walk you there. You do not get into a fight or do you gain any stats. But it is faster, even those time passes in the game you do not feel the time. In this role play its going to be used so that people do not have to explain his trip.

Q: What does Horse back mean?
A: Horse back is when you get on the back of a Horse and ride him. You do not gain skills but doing it this way makes you abole to see new things and even get into a battle.

Q: What is a Khajiit?
A: Khajiit are a race that look a lot like cats.

Q: If I am making a Class that you have listed, do I have to fill that Sheet out for the Custom thing?
A: If your naming a Class Oblivion already gives you then no. Oblivion will do the work. I only need the Custom Sheet down if your making a Custom character because I don't know what you want.

[If you have a question PM me]

How to Play

First off you have to keep in mind that there is bad guys all over Oblivion. They range from Bandit Archers to Rogue Mages. You can be attacked by anyone of them but what you have to relieve is that unless you never pick up anything on them, that they wont have anything on them. You see, in Oblivion the game you walk up to a Bandit he attacks and you attack back. Normally you kill him. Now when you check his body he may not have anything you need. To provent God Moding, when you attack a Bandit and kill him I'll wander around Oblivion, the game, and find a Bandit and attack him. Whatever that bandit has is what the bandit you attacked had. Now don't go into details like "The Bandit has a Silver Axe." That wont work. Sayiung he had an Axe or Mace or Bow is fine. If you deside to take what the bandit had I'll find out what he was wearing. I'll PM it to you or Post it here if you had walked away or left anything behind. Another words after I PM you the items pm me back with what you took.
Second, I don't want any of this crap like 'I walked down the road and say three bandits and sneaked up and killed them one by one. Then As i left I noticed another three bandits and killed them all one by one."
Two reasons why I don't want that. First the chances of you killing three Bandits one on one is almost impossible without a bow. I have walked into a bandit camp. There is a rare chance they are not all facing diffrent way. Meaning Normally one is facing the way your coming in and if not is facing another bandit. You can sneak kill one but not all three unless your a goot marksman or very good and luck Sneaker. Second, Killing three Bandits is a pain on most days. Killing three and then somehow three more are near by and you kill them, without even bring up the fact you had to heal is almost impossible. So keep crap like that in mind.
Third, rare Items. NO! Don't even think about randomly getting a Rare item! Unless your going to be explaining where the hell you went i wont even try to find it and I wont right it under your character. Plus I don't want five people with the same item that is called 'Rare' because there is only one of it.
Fourth, Quests from the game are not aloud. If you want to make up your own Quest for other Characters PM me.
Fifth, If your a Running type person Your going to have to read the towns part. If your a Quick Travel type person you too have to read the towns part. Only diffrents is that Runnings your going to have to talk about your trip. Also, as a new rule, after about 24 hours your going to have to sleep. But, unlike in the game, this Sleep is going to be without leveling up. It has to be atleast 6 hours long so that you can go another 24 hours.
[Side Note]
Sleep: After staying up for 24 hours, your character has to sleep. Call this what you want but NEVER call it Level Sleeping.
Level Sleeping is when you go to sleep to Level up. If you call normal Sleep that you'll be level 15 before you know it and your skills are going to be a b***h to get up.
Sixth, You have to keep track of your arrows and what weapon you are using. Keep that in mind.

[Finally]
Damage: You do whatever your weapon tells you, [+3] for example, and your characters Strength divided by 5. [50 would be 10, 40 would be 8. 65 would be 13] So everytime you swing you do, for example, 10 + 3 = 13. [This is only when fighting real people. When fighting an NPC just go for it.] If you Block you take only half that rounded down and not below 1. [Until later if your block is that good]. Your Armor then has a total of, lets say 10, it does only 3 damage to you. But every X number of times you hit their armor goes down 1 point. X is your Attack - 25.
Another words You have a 13 attack - 25 = 12. After 12 hits their armor goes down.
Another thing you need to keep inmind is that we are going to be doing a back and Forth thing using your speed.
Here is a little battle just to show you what i mean.

Bob is a Orc with 65 Strength. A Axe that does [+6] and shield. His Armor is a 16 and his speed is a 30. He has 100 Health.
Nicole is a Wood Elf with 40 Strength and 55 Agility. A Bow that does [+4] and a Short sword that does [+2]. She also has a Shield and Armor that does 10. Her Speed is 55. She has 60 Health. And also uses magic.

Nicole is stealthy and moves with her bow out and loaded towards Bob. She takes a shot. This is a Sneak Attack and she does x3 damage straight to Bob. So she does 5.5 because of her Agility + 4 because of the bow. She does 9.5 Damage right to him. Because of the Sneak Attack that 9.5 is x 3. 28.5 is the total damage she does. Because you can't do .5 damage she only does 28 Damage.
Because of the Sneak attack the Orc does not get to attack right away. This goes to speed now. Seeing how the Orc is Slower Nicole gets to attack again. She only does 9.5 damage but ebcause you can't do .5 damage she only does 9. The Orcs Armor is 16 so it doesn't get passed that but he still takes one damage because you always have to take one damage.
The Orc has 71 Health Left. And now it is his turn. He runs at her but he wont make it this turn.
Nicole takes another shot and again only does one damage to him. She has attacked 3 times. She has down 28.5 + 9.5 + 9.5. Her First attack, went over the 25 making Bobs armor 15. She still needs to attack 16 more times for his armor to go down.
Now because Bobs Speed is the slowest everyone has to use 30 Speed a turn. And once everyone runs out they all get their speed back. So when Nicole Sneak attack she lost no Speed because she was not in battle. but her Second shot cost her 30 speed leaving her with 25. Now that Bobs speed is higher he goes nice putting his speed to 0. Because Nicole has 25 speed she goes again but loses 5 speed her next turn.
Bob has 30 this turn and Nicole has 50. Nicole is still faster so she goes again. Noticing she is not doing that much damage to him puts away her bow and starts to use magic rather then her Sword. Her Magic does 5 pts of Damage that is not stopped by the armor. Changing weapons doe not take a turn. She then throws a fire ball at him. Bob takes 5 damage. His health is now at 65. He then swings with his axe.
He hits Nicole doing 6.5 Str + 6 weapon. 12.5 damage. Her Armor is only 10 so 2 damage hits Nicole.
Nicole Attacks again for 5 pts.

Noticing this battle is taking a long time Bob takes his turn to power attack. It does x2 damage.
Nicole does whatever.... Then Bob hits with 12.5 x 2 = 25 damage. Doing 15 damage to Nicole and also making her armor 9.
Nicole Heals herself.... Yeah... I am lazy now. If you need help PM me.

Note: PvP is okay but becareful the guards may see you and some how they always know who started the fight.

Leveling Up!

Leveling up is easy. First you need to have done enough cutting and blocking and being hit and so on for the game to let you level up. Next you have to go to sleep. After that I'll PM you with What you have to do. Only reason I am going to PM it to you is because there is diffrent stuff for diffrent people each time you level up. It all matters on what you do.

Samual Seanix - Day 1 Sunday 10am - Location: Unknown [North]

"Here I am standing out in the meddle of no where, freezing my backside off trying to find Falco again. Damn him. Damn him for always just running off. I am not even sure if I am on his trail or not. For all I know I could be fallowing a Goblin into his cave. Not even sure if I am not fallowing Falco into a Goblin cave. Damn you Falco. Why couldn't you have waken me before running off? How long have you even been gone?"
As Samual hunts for his friend Falco he becomes lost, not knowing where in this cold land he has gone to. Confused, cold and a bit hungry he still fallows a travel he believes he has been for about four hours now. If it is the same travel or not he wont find out until he meets what is making this travel. He hopes it's Falco but readys his sword incase it's not.

Bob - Day 1, Sunday 6:30pm - Location : A Imperical Fort Prison just outside the Imperical walls

"Its odd seeing all these diffrent races inside a place like this. Not even sure how most of you got here. I almost forgot how I got here. It all started about a day ago. I say about because they knocked me out. Not an Easy feat but they did it." Bob sits down has he explains his story. "I had been traveling for days, taking back roads, helping people out and so on. Came all the way from Anvil. I wasn't sure where I was heading just knew I had a lot of stuff that I need to sell. Stuff I had gotten entering caves and killing Bandits and Goblins. I saw the Imperical city, who couldn't. I thought what better place to sell myself. So I entered and went to the Market and sold my stuff. The sold owner told me that maybe I should head over to the Arena and maybe see if I would do good over there. I thought 'It couldn't hurt'. As I walked over there I heard from behind a house some one screaming. So me being me I ran over there to see a guy dead on the ground. I was pretty sure he was dead, he was bleeding. But I wanted to make sure so I went closer to the body. Thats when i heard 'Thats him thats the guy'. I turned to see the voice and then heard and saw a guard. He said 'Stop right there!' I tryed to explain what had happened but i guess the person that I.Ded me had lots of money, a noble or whatever. So I was sent here. Like I said I don't remember anything passed that. Think a guard came up from behind me and hit me. I don't think the noble was lying, I just think she saw an Orc kill the man and couldn't tell one Orc from another. But yeah... thats why I am here. Who is next?"
