Situation:
The Captain was a man who admired the doctor and his travels.He learned of him in school as a renegade and often talkd about him with eddie. He admired the doctor so much so he started to go out and try to do as he did,he decided though to go to a parallel universe to make a name for himself. He saved the universe many times,the timelords bothered him on occasion til one day he tried to return to his universe and found that he could no longer get back to galifrey. He has tried every way to get back but so far had not found one. He became good at fighting,piloting and being well good at alittle of everything but still could not get back til one day he stumbled upon an ancient device on a dead planet that could get him back,he just needed to plug it into the tardis and he would be able to go back but it would only be good for one trip..he took it to get back because really they could do fine without him and he really wished to go back,maybe when he does get back he can figure out how to make the door swing both ways back to other parallel universe.He plugged in the device and activated his tardis to lock onto the nearest tardis and go,so as the tardis dematerlizes from one universe into this one he thinks of what could have happened to his people.

Situation: lively young time lord who went out to document wandering planets the planet Thea caught her attention because it swung all over the galaxy so she went to map its movement through time eventually it crashed into another planet called Earth she came to the conclusion that "technically"she should document the progress of Earth because "technically" Earth was Thea so she began documenting Earth and around when Vladamir's castle was being invaded she felt a Vita Ereptor surprisingly inside of Vladamir's castle she went to investigate why and how a Ereptor got to Earth

Length of assistance to the doctor: She was his friend in the University. She would often help him out and he would tell her about his latest ideas and she would try to build them as best she could.

Appearance: She wears all black, often with some mauve (universally recognised [recognized?] colo(u)r for danger!), especially in her hair.

Situation:

When the Time War started, she went away from Gallifrey and Skaro as quickly as possible. She's stayed in her TARDIS this whole time. She hopes to find The Doctor again as soon as she can

Appearance: She used to dress rather flamboyantly, but she now dresses in more subdued gray suits and such and likes to tie her hair back. At home, she wears bath robes and strange combinations of things. She looks like she's in her middle 20's.

TARDIS: This is where she has most of her books and keepsakes from home. It's disguised as an wardrobe and the inside walls and doors look much like the Fifth Doctor's. Lots of bookshelves and such. A few curio cabinets. Lots of art and wall hangings.
Situation: She ran off years ago because she'd heard about legendary renegades and wanted to go out and find out what else was in the universe. She wandered around, finding interesting cultures, and ended up on Earth. She plans on taking every class available to her before taking the final ones she needs to graduate. After she graduates, she plans on moving on to other times and places, learning the ways of others. She's just doing this for fun using money she got as a bribe to stay away from a celebrity. None of the Time Lords got in contact with her during the Time War because she wasn't especially missed, so she has no idea about it, but she has an odd feeling that something happened to her people and her home. She loves life and looks forward to many more years of enjoying it.
