 -Lim was torn about this pride. That was quite certain. For when he thought about it, the notion that males, namely himself, were lesser beings then females seemed rather ludiacrious. But Lim wasn't often one to think and strain himself on things like such, and since his help had been beckoned to bring to life the dreams of two of the females in the pride he'd come without question.
And now, task done, he lingered for a few moments within the pride, walking slowly and carefully throughout.
The women here were GORGEOUS. Brillantly bright hues adorning their bodies, a bright confidence structuring how well and prideful they held themselves. And Lim had subconciously fluffed and puffed himself out to match, feathers splayed in a dazzling display as he admired and wasted time, that silly little grin of his playing across his young maw.-

 Unlike the rest of the pride and far beyond the females that Lim had helped in his quest here, Guppi was pale and boreing, in comparison to most of the pride. Although his sister was also pale, as he was, she was still treated with reverence. It was more or less decided for him, his fate, he would grow and be forced to have cubs, or grow and spend his life alone. His pale coat mean that he was less desirable, than others whos coat shone brightly and would further enhance the strength of the pride and the female's tribe.
He scoffed at the thought. Despite being young the pale male knew what the pride was about, of course, his mother had told him. His father had come from the outside world and out there things were differnt. That was why she loved his father, instead of simply, owning him and sending him back when she was done with him.
He sighed, it was a depressing thought, he sat slowly and looked at his toes, so involved in his own thoughts was he that he did not notice the brightly coloured god just a stones throw away from him.

-Lim however, spotted the young one as he walked and looked, pausing breifly to watch the cub in his dowry thoughts. Surely that wouldn't do. To let anyone wander around unhappy, that wasn't acceptable, and today Lim was feeling particularly dutiful in his domain.
Letting a rumbling purr ripple through him, to gain the attention of the young one, he called out a mild greeting as he headed towards the white and yellow cub.- "Hello there little one."

Guppi jumpped slightly at the voice, though he quickly calmed himself and let his mind fall to awe. There was a great big lion in front of him with feathers? Could lions have feathers? He blinked in a dazed manner, his mind trying to put two and two together and make a nice round four, only every time he tried it deffinately came to five.
He swallowed hard before speaking his lilac eyes wide. "Hhhello." He stuttered, slightly afraid now, all of his thoughts brushed away in this strange meeting. This male must be extra special the little cub decided, even though he was a male. "Whwho are you?" he managed after a long moments silence and awestruck stareing.

-Brillant lilac eyes caught his attention, shining out from that pristinely white face, and Lim was reminded softly of himself. Those certain shades of lilac, white, and yellow mirroring his own, albeit in different places. Smile widening, he drew nearer as the young one greeted him, nodding back in return.- "I'm Limbuko, god of pleasure."
"And you?" -His tail twitched gently, his whole body held in that soft and unthreatening looseness, and yet he exuded a confidence much more like the females of the pride. It was probably quite different then what the little one was used to.-

Guppi blinked a couple of times God? A real life honest to god, god? His mother had of course told him of gods but he had never expected to ever meet one. "You're a god.." It was a statement rather than a question, his mouth hanging open slightly in a slack jawed manner until he pulled himself together and smiled, amanging to get his name over his lips. "I'm Guppi sir, son of Gurami and Banda." He shuffled his paws slightly on the ground, he wasn't entirely unused to seeing a male be confident. his own father had not come from this part of the world after all.
"You're very pretty." His brow creased slightly, it wasn't the word he wanted but he was young and pretty was an easy word to use. "Do you live here? No..no I don't suppose you do, you're not like me, you, I bet you know the whole wide world.." He grinned, his pale lilac eyes shimmering as he looked on in wonder at the stunning god before him.

-Lim purred a little contentedly, his task had been far easier then he's imagined it would be. Already the cub was smiling, happy, apparently all he'd needed was a bit of attention. Surely even the god of pleasure understood the dullness of getting bored on occassion.- "Mhmmm, nice to meet you Guppi."
-Shifting a little, to better show off just how pretty he was, feathers quivering a bit, grape ladened tail flicking mildly, he mused pleasantly.- "Thank you! You're quite handsome yourself. Like the clouds that's edges glow with sunset nears."
"You're right. I'm just visiting" -He answered mildly, eyes glancing back in the direction he'd traveled from. Leaning a little, as if to tell a secret, though of course it was not he confided.- "I bore much to easily to stay around in one place, I have to keep moving about. Not to mention I've got to help people all over. Make them smile and such." -He grinned mildly, giving his mane a shake. He wondered if the young one would realize that he too was one of those creatures. Or if he was too young to grasp the very subtle hint.-

It caught the youngster by surprise the words taht the other spoke, like a cloud in the sunrise? He smiled, he would certainly never have bene called that within the pride, he was dull coloured, and undesirable. He knew that above all other things.
"You see the world?" He smiles, a slight glazed look crossing over his maw. "I bet you make lots of people happy huh?" He smiles wagging his stumpy tail. "DDo you really think I'm handsome? My sister says I am very dull.." He folds his ears slightly., his does padding about in the dirt. "Noone would ever think you're dull. I wish I had more colour, then then I wouldn't be so, undesirable." It was a long word, but he understood it and it saddened him.
Letting a slight sigh roll over his lips. "Mmaybe I'll see the world someday?" There was a slight hopeful edge to his words and he looked up at the lilac male. "It must be far more interesting than here..I bet..I bet it's exciteing, to see the world." He sighed in an almost dreamy manner his pale eyes looking longingly at the sky. He faintly wished he could fly away and not have to worry, but that just wasn't possible and he knew it.

"I try my best" -He nodded, happily accepting the praise and attention himself, for her was a vain young god. And it only reminded him how wonderful children were at such things. So loving and beautiful, not yet tainted with the experiences of the world. He wondered for a brief moment what his children from the two lioness' of this pride would be like.. Would he get a chance to visit them and see?
Gazing back down at the cub as his question arose Lim's ears settled downward solemnly.- "She says that? That's not very kind at all. There is so much beauty around the world, it's silly that one would look for reasons to call things otherwise."
-Seating himself lightly down, he attempted to comfort and sooth the cub's thoughts.- "I very much think you're handsome. Not only that, but nasty attitudes only darken people. She might be the most beautiful cub in the world, but if her attitude is nasty and unpleasant like that others will notice. A beautiful soul beats out a beautiful pelt everyday."
-It didn't occur to him that what his sister said might be the common place here, he spoke only of his own experiences and more importantly, his own thoughts.- "Don't pay any attention to what she says and let it get you down. You are quite lovely, and even more so when you smile."
-Streching out one large paw to touch at the tip of the cubs tiny one, he nodded some more.- "Perhaps you will. There is so much to see for those who care to go and look."

Guppi smiled lightly, as he listened to the gods words, it gladdened his heart to think that someone in the world thought him handsome,. unfortunately ehr knew his words, for the rest of the pride, were not true.
His mother had told him the history of the pride, that he as a male was paying a great pennace mbecause of his ancestors and that his pale coat made him undesirable. "You're very kind mr Limbuko." He puurrs his smile shining in those soft lilac eyes once again.
"I'd like to see the worls, maybe when I'm older I can go and, and I'll look for you." He beamed then his youthful features flushing with light and happiness. "I have a secret place..just for me wheer I don't have to listen to my sister, do you want to se it?" His eyes widened hopefully, his tail whipping excitedly, he'd never wished to show anyone his 'secret' place before he hadn't even showed his brother!

-He smiled mildly at the young one, nodding to the soft 'promise'. In truth, he'd feel if the cub needed him, and more then likely come to him instead. But the notion of the little one coming to explore the world, and coming to look for him as well was a heart warming one.- "Just make sure you wait until you are large enough. The world can be a dangerous place for one not big enough." -He cautioned lightly. How very responsible of him. This having kids thing was obviously a bad influence on himself.
Lim's ears perked softly as the word secret touched them, and a mischevious grin grew to match the little one's lovely smile and excitement.- "Ohhh I'd love to see."

Guppi giggled in a childish manner those soft lilac eyes glimmering in the sunlight as he wriggled his tail. "yes Lim, I promise! I'll be really, really big when I come to find you. I will." He beamed then and got to his paws pouncing off through the undergrowth without any trepedition.
He soon came to a halt though, and it was clear to see why, tiny white floweres flourished around them and the deep, intoxicating scent of lilac filled the air. "it's under here." He puurs pushing back a curtain of the dence flowers and revealing a dark, warm little den clearly hidden fromt he prying eyes of others.

-Lim followed after the young one, taking slow and measured steps to not outpace the one with tinier feet. It wasn't hard though, considering the long bounds the excited cub was taking.
Heavy scent of florals lifted his attention as the green vegatation was interuptted with a splashing of tiny white flowers. At first Lim thought this was the secret. Lovely little white blossoms, so much like the little one before him. But he was wrong, and the den appeared as the cub shifted through the vegatation.-
"Ahhh, your very own club house is it? I couldn't imagine a more lovely place to hide it."
-Purring a little, he urged mildly.- "I bet some of the other boys your age would like to play with you here if you let them."

Guppi beamed at the praise turning to face Lim his soft, lilac eyed gaze resting on the big goddly male before him. At the mention of friends, Guppi let the idea settle on his mind and he nodded. "I guess..yeah, I'd like that!" He puurred happily his tiny tail wriggling. Now that Lim had set that particular seed in his mind, he liked the idea of having a male friend to play with, to spend hours in his secret den just enjoying ther flowers or playing together.
"Will you stay and play for a while?" His soft eyes shimmered up at the brightly coloured god. "Pleasee?" He grinned toothily.

-His feathers rustled softly, a sign of his comfort and contentment, and he didn't leave the cub waiting for more then the briefest of moments.- "I'm not in a hurry to be anywhere. I can certainly play for awhile."
-Lowering his head to sniff at one of the small, delicate flowers, he mused.- "Do you have a favorite game? Or shall we think of something new?"
