To a point the RP has already begun (moon clan) right now it all depends on where you are posting and if there is a leader to that clan/order/area yet, the fire clan has one of two leaders the moon clan has both leaders the black wolf clan is yet to find a leader, and the order is leaderless. so as of the moment it depends on where you want to your character to start. if it's in an area with no leader then the RP for that area has yet to start. if you wish to post someplace that has a leader then great you may begin.
(just no making a new thread in the subforums with out permission from that subforums leader(s). the only subforum that you don't need permission to make a new thread in is the subforum titled 'come here to ask questions and chat off topic')
