Balteire is a thriving port, and trading community. The entire city is a merchants heaven, every street holds shops and shipping dealer-ships. Young men and women of the city tend to make their living either delivering parcels or working on the docks to load large cargo ships.
Many caravan's stop here first before shipping their goods across the world. Baltiere is the closest town to the ninja village Enkaigakure and thus continuously filled with shinobi of every walk of life.
