I'm quite very obsessed with music. I haven't brought it up in the fanthread in a while, because as you may or may not know, I'm kind of on a Gaia break right now.And I'm just on right now to update the birthday thing.
So this is my post where we talk about music!
First off, you have to know that I like my Alternative Pop Punk a lottttt. It's pretty much my favorite genre. So I shall give you some of my bands.
Bands you HAVE to check out because I'm obsessed with them:
All Time Low- Okay. They're pretty much perfect. Hot guys + awesome music + super hilarious pervertedness + they're all really nice = My favorite band ever, All Time Low. They're amazing. They have pretty much the best music ever, in my opinion, and I just love them.
Paramore- You may already know them if you listen to the radio, but they're so much more than that. Their radio songs are good, sure, but their nonradio songs are far better. Their debut album is a lot better in my opinion. And for your information, Paramore is more than just Hayley Williams, and they are NOT breaking up, despite rumors you may have heard.
Powerspace- They're surprisingly obscure, for a Fueled by Ramen band. Alec Cyganowski, the lead singer doesn't have the best voice ever, but the songs are just so likeable, you just have to get up and dance. If you like Cobra Starship, you'll definitely like them.
Metro Station- They're really good, haha. I don't really feel like typing out a long description. They're rather Cobra Starship-esque too.

I'm a ginormous Beatles fan and know waaaaay too much about them
On the modern music front, I do love Blue October, Flogging Molly, and Offspring. Oh and 30 Seconds to Mars which I discovered because of the Jared Leto- Louie comparison xd

Ah, yes. Vampire Weekend. In the words of the great Molly Shannon, Don't get me started, don't even get me started. Alanis Morissette? I'll have to give her another try. I never really got into her. And I like the few Train and Counting Crows songs I've heard And I loveeee the Beatles. They're amazingggg. Ahh. They're so good. And I need to get back into Blue October and 30STM. I liked them before Louie existed. Aaaandd last but not least. Do you need anymore motivation to look up All Time Low? Mmm.......

The reasoning is that their newest album is called "So Wrong, It's Right" and so when it came time for their promo picture to be shot, they decided they wanted everything around the album to be kind of messed up and "Wrong" and so they decided that tighty whiteys were the most "messed up" way. There are also pictures from the same shoot of them eating hot dogs and bananas and such, just because of the "wrong" concept.

My favorite bands are Nightwish, Rhapsody, Stratovarius, The Birthday Massacre, the Cruxshadows.
Some singles I also like are mandy Moore and Madonna. heart
