Ok this is the history of the characters....
Tohru Honda

The female protagonist, Tohru is an ordinary girl whose parents/guardians have deceased. she was living in a tent on the Sohma's property before she was discovered. The Sohma's took her in and she found out about the Junnishi(sp. think xD)curse. She has been living in Shigure's house ever since. if u want more info please pm me.

Saki Hanajima

Hanajima is one of Tohru's two best friends. She protects Tohru from the Yuki fan club by zapping them with poisonous electrical waves.

Megumi Hanajima:

Saki Hanajima's brother. He can put curses on people when he knows their name.

Uotoni Arisa

Tohru's other best friend. She was a Yankee. She also looks after Tohru, and is liable to explode if any harm reaches Tohru. Arisa and Hanajima both made a vow on Tohru's mother's grave that they would look after her forever.

Kyoko Honda and Katsuya Honda

Tohru's deceased parents. Kyoko Honda(mother) died in a car crash, and Katsuya Honda(father) died from influenza. Tohru feels responsible for her mother's death because she claims that she forgot to say "stay safe" when her mother left for work that day. She had overslept because she had a test the next day, and was up all night studying. She carries a picture of her mom with her everywhere because her mom looks after her. Tohru also made a promise to her mom, stating that she would complete highschool. Kyoko has thought Tohru many things about life, and Tohru learned about the Junnishi from her mother.

Tohru's grandfather was tohru's guardian when her mother died he was part of the reason why tohru met the juunshi.

Yuki Sohma(mouse)

yuki sohma the mouse is called "prince" by some students in his highschool...he and tohru share some relationships ^.^
whenever yuki and kyo used to meet up, they would start fighting. yuki would always emerge victorious but since tohru started living with them, the tension eased up a bit ^.^

Kyo(u) Sohma(cat)

Kyo has always wanted to join the juunshi. he thought that by defeating yuki, he would be allowed to join the juunshi. He can also turn into another form 0.0

Hatsuharu Sohma(ox)

Hatsuharu the ox was very depressed by how everyone thought that he was second to yuki (refer to the story of the juunshi). Yuki lightened up the burden on one sunny day when haru was screaming at him. Nevertheless, when haru gets pissed, he can turn "black."

Kisa Sohma(tiger)

Kisa sohma the tiger shares a special bond with hiro sohma (the sheep). She was bullied about her appearance to a maximum which resulted in her "muteness."
Tohru helped her talk again by forgiving her for who she was ^.^

Momiji Sohma(rabbit)

Momiji the rabbit is the same age as Haru (one year younger than Tohru), though he doesnt act like it xD. Momiji's mother got her memory supressed by hatori. She doesnt remember anything about momiji, and she assumes that momiji is another sohma's child. Momiji has a younger sister by the name of momo. ^.^
His mother is german, and that's his german side.

Hatori Sohma(dragon)

Hatori sohma the dragon once shared a special bond with kana. when akito announced that they couldnt marry each other, he wounded Hatori's left eye, kana was so shocked and hurt that she couldnt help/defend hatori that she became very weak. Akito decided to order hatori to erase kana's memory. Hatori is also the "family doctor" of the sohmas. He supresses the memory of people who find out about the juunishi on akito's orders.

Ayame Sohma(snake)

Ayame is yuki's older brother. He regrets not helping yuki when they were young and tries to tighten the bond between brothers. Ayame only listens to hatori because he realized that hatori has something that he will never be able to have. Shigure, and hatori were school friends of ayame when they were in highschool.

Isuzu(Rin) Sohma(horse)

Isuzu Sohma the horse shares a bond with haru. Tohru descibes her as a strong and beautiful lady ^.^

Hiro Sohma(sheep)

Hiro Sohma can get stubborn but on the inside, he can also get hurt. in his language, no means yes, and yes means no. He likes kisa and got really hurt when he couldnt protect kisa from akito. He wants to grow into an honourable adult.

Ritsu Sohma(monkey)

Ritsu Sohma is the son of the onsen owner. He dresses like a girl because it makes him feel better.

Kureno Sohma(rooster)

akito is the "God" and head of the sohma house. he likes to pour cold water on happy things, and is usually sick most of the time...

Kasuma Sohma(kyo''s trainer)

Kasuma Sohma adopted kyo when he was young and taught him the martial arts. he treats kyo like his own son.

Kana Sohma

Kana was hatori's assistant. Her famous question was "What does snow become when it melts?" The answer was "spring" now "water" as hatori answered xD.

the yuki fan club is made of more than half of the student body. they envy tohru for getting so close to yuki and are prepared to do anything to get her away.

History: Her parents died when she was 12 but her brother who is 16 took her and himself to their grandparents..but when Mizuki was 15 her grandparents died in a car crash. so her brother bought an appartment and they have been sharing it for 2 years. She is very friendly and loving.. she is very shy..but she secretly has a crush on Hatsuharu. But she says its only a little kiddy crush...its nothing big.. here is what she looks like
