Paul Heyman appears in the ring to cheers. He asks for a mic.
"I have some good news and some bad news before the March episode of Burn starts." He says calmly.
"First, the good news. JAREL DAMONE IS BACK IN EEW!" He says to a HUGE ovation! "Yes, after defeating Mick Foley in a Street Fight, Jarel won the right to once again wrestle for EEW. A promotion he is so passionate about, but Foley continually tried to deny him the right to wrestle in the place he loves!"
"The bad news is that, due to the beating Mick Foley took at House Party, he has been hospitalised and may NEVER return!" He says to another huge ovation! Foley really became hated for his recent actions.
"Now, I would like to ask Jarel and his brother Brandon to meet me in the ring, where I have some more news for them!" He says.

ARE YOU READY?
The DX theme begins to play as the fans begin to cheer
BREAK IT DOWN!
flames erupt on the stage as Brandon and Jarel step out onto teh stage. the fans go wild as the brothers head for the ring. Brandon steps in first and Jarel follows. the music dies out as each of the brothers take up a mic.
Jarel: Ok, Heyman, this better be good. I'm glad to be back, but I'm not in the mood to joke around at the moment. so let's hear this announcement

"Well Jarel, and you Brandon, while held in hospital Foley phoned me to mention that although you won your match Jarel you still need to sign a new contract which he created himself." He mentions to boos. What could Foley be up to this time?
"Apparantly it also must include Brandons signature too, otherwise the contract won't be accepted!" He adds.
"I have a pen and the contracts ready, can we have a table set-up in here please?" He asks the roadies, who quickly set-up a table and three chairs for them!

Brandon: Whoa, Heyman. We don't trust either you nor foley any farther than you could throw each other. Now my brother was the only one named in the stipulations of the match, so why don't you go ahead and tell us what small seemingly unimportant detail you've added to this contract.
Jarel: And I suggest it not be anything like keeping us in a division we don't want to be in. I have a goal in mind for my time here in EEW.
Brandon: Besides, you don't really want us to make your life as much hell as we did Foley's, now do you?
Jarel: I mean, look where he ended up, in a hospital bed. By the by Brandon, did you send a gift to Foley?
Brandon: Oh yeah, I'm sure he'll love it. It even has his favorite colored balloons and the logo of his two favorite EEW superstars on it, and even a nice little card. Just something to show him how much we appreciate all he's done for us in EEW.
Jarel: Hmn, we gotta see what he thinks later on, but now, let's get back to the new contract thing. So Heyman, let's hear the details

"I've been against what Foley did to you from the start, I assure you!" Heyman says as he takes a seat.
Heyman gets out a magnifying glass, it is literally TINY print!
"It appears to be that there quite a few stipulations here." He starts.
"If you sign this contract, both you and Brandon will be forced to compete in HANDICAP Matches 3 vs 2 against Foleys hand-picked opponents until he sees fit to stop, which is why Brandon needs to sign as well." Heyman says to boos.
"But before that, he wants to feed Jarel alone to his henchmen Shadow and Animok." He says to even louder boos for the infamous pair.
"But Jarel, I'm going to add something to this contract." He says to cheers. "If you defeat both Shadow and Animok in the handicap match on next months Burn show Jarel, I will give you the number one contenders shot against Shadows EEW World Championship at One Night Stand! The man who with Foley kicked you out of EEW for the second time!" He says to cheers again.
Jarel would finally be able to get revenge against the second man involved in Foley's plot!

Jarel: Oh well, hell then, give me the damn pen. Not only will I kick the s**t out of Shadow for his part in gettting me fired, but I'll kick the hell out of animok just because he interfered in my street fight. And in doing so, I get shadow one on one at one night stand with the title on the line? That's an opportunity I'm definitely not passing up.
Brandon: Not that I'm complaining, cuz this is a good opportunity for you, but how's about a little something for me, eh? I mean, since Jarel is going for the world title, why not give me a singles match too.
Jarel: Yeah, and while you debate that out, I'm signing damn it.
Jarel takes up the pen and signs his name on the contract.
Brandon: I'm still going to sign, just because it'll make us look so much better to win all those handicap matches and get me closer to wearing my first bit of singles gold in EEW.
Brandon takes the contract and signs it as well

"I can understand your desire to win your first singles gold in EEW Brandon!" Heyman says with a smile as Jarel signs the contract.
"In fact, there has been a gap in The Estremo Division since Casey Bennett joined the tag team ranks! But I couldn't just hand you the title shot either!" Heyman adds.
"For the April EEW Burn show, I see a contenders match....I see Brandon Damone........vs Kodiak.......vs Sakamoto Ryuu!" He says to cheers! "The winner of that match would go on to face (currently) Hangover at EEW One Night Stand for the Estremo Championship!"

The camera followed the match as it lit a cigarette in someone's mouth. After taking a puff the cigarette was dropped onto the floor where it lit a gas trail which formed a circle. The gas circle now ablaze, illuminated a figure standing in the center of the circle. He took another cigarette and held it to the flames until it was lit and he took another puff. Blowing out the smoke, only the lips could be seen as it silently mouthed something, which was then heard and written in text on the screen. "You should have listened."A guitar being plucked hard began a rift that went throughout the arena as an unfamiliar theme began to play. As the drumline kicks the backdrop is suddenly focused on as an "S" spins on it. As "Fear of a Blank Planet" by Porcupine Tree got in full swing, Shadow emerged from behind the curtain with a mic in his hand and the EEW World Title belt on his shoulder. After the music was cut, he began to speak. "So, it looks like D & D is back in EEW." There was a loud cheer to that statement. "And as if it couldn't get any better, they already get placed into the relevant title picture." Yet more cheers. "I'd complain, but I guess those are the benefits of selling your souls." Now the crowd energy was hot on Shadow. "Jarel, you can be pissed all you want on how you lost your job, again. Just do me a favor and don't go hating me. No matter how you look at it, you would have lost that match regardless of who your opponent was. I just happened to be the guy he picked for the job." Even more boos rained down on Shadow. "And most of you seem to have forgotten what transpired after that match. Roll the clip." On the titantron, the video footage of Shadow stunning Foley after the Jarel vs. Shadow match played several times from different angles. "Contrary to popular belief, I don't like Foley. I hate the way he does business. Much how I hate how he's done business with the recent take over of SWA. Not even a public contract signing between the two parties. Hell, how do we even know there's a contract? But I'll talk about that later." He paused, re-postioned himself and spoke again. "But Jarel, if you really want to ignore what I said and be a complete dumbass about this whole thing, I'll have no choice but to do what I did the last time: kick your a** and then move on to bigger and better things. Because I'll be blunt: you're very low on my list of priorities."

Jarel smiles slightly. "It seems you forgot a little something, didn't you Shadow? Because technically, I kicked your a**. Foley, being the b*****d he was, just reversed the decision. As I remember, you were the unfortunate recipient of a Tombstone Piledriver from me. But you want to talk business, so let's talk business. To you, it was merely a business arrangement to be in that match with me, a match after which i was fired. So to me, this handicap match is just business. It's nothing personal. I just want the EEW World championship. Part of this business arrangement is kicking your a** from one side of the ring to another. And after I do the seemingly impossible and overcome the odds, again, it'll just be another business decision when you and I main event One Night Stand and I take back what's rightfully mine."

Now his focus was back on Heyman.
"As I was saying earlier, Paul, I don't like how Foley did his business with SWA. We don't know what happened, and I think it's about damn time he told us. Also, I think there needs to be a ceremonial contract signing between the owners of the respective companies: that being you and Foley and then a representative from SWA. And since you have the power to do so, and since Foley seems to be making a big deal out of this, we should have a contract signing ceremony in that ring. What you say?"

"The SWA business is the first I have heard of it!" Heyman says shocked. eek
"I knew he met with them about the territory idea that failed thanks to Foley verbally abusing the SWA officials, but I had no idea he actually bought it! I'm hurt that he hasn't told me by now!"
"I myself would quite like to know why everything is being kept so quiet, so I shall invite Foley to Aprils EEW Burn to find out what he's up to! Hopefully he'll be able to make it after being hospitalised by Jarel!"

Brandon: Don't worry about it Heyman. I told you earlier we sent a few gifts to foley, you know, to help cheer him up. I'm sure they'll lift his spirit enough for him to make it to Burn. he might still be in a wheel chair but hey, at least he'll make it here.
Jarel: And we'll be more concentrated on our individual matches to bother you while you two talk things out. I mean, there's no need for us to be there right?
Brandon: Unless of course, Foley tries another screw job upon his return. Then we'll have to rehospitalize him. But I'm sure Foley learned his lesson already.
