Ok guys I've got a question for you. I'm making Mechazawa from Cromartie High School. I've been looking at pictures of people who have done him before and they almost all seem to have used cardboard. I absolutely refuse to use cardboard. That leaves me with only a few options. Do I try to use actual metal or something else, like wonderflex? I know wonderflex would work but I'm almost thinking it's a little too expencive and "High tech" for the simple cylinder I'm trying to make. I just need something sturdy enough to hold the thin sheets of plywood that will make the top and bottom of the costume.
Anyone got an idea?
