same...i cried so much at the end.
cry worthy quote: "WHAT ABOUT WINRY?!?!"
i'm a huge edXwin fan and was very sad when it didn't end that way.
but they couldn't make more episodes because the show was made while the manga still wasn't finished and it deviated A LOT from the manga plot so it kind of had to end there. sad...but true.

Considering that the manga wasn't done when they made the anime, I thought they did a pretty good job. The endings of both the anime and the movie left a lot to be desired - they were rather unsatisfying. I can only hope that the manga ends better...

Orgo I think if any anime can end better than Inu Yasha did, then they did a pretty good job. No kidding!! (I know this is off topic, but the ending of InuYasha sucked. Badly.) T~T

I hated the movie! Not because it was bad or anything, it was one of the best movies I have ever seen but it ended the series! crying
