(( This is basically introducing the new bad guy Ouja. ))

*flash back*

A guard is walking, checking each prison cell, "Cell 1134." He looks inside at a small room lit by a single light. A shadowy figure chained inside speaks, "Hmhmhm. Doing the daily rounds are we?" The guard checks it off, "Ouja Chishio. Check." He turns and continues down the row checking each cell.

Ouja grins, "Been waiting to taste your blood for some time." The guard stops for a second then decides to ignore him. Suddenly everything blacks out and all that is heard is the sound of a man being ripped apart.

The guards on the first floor start panicking, "What the hell just happened?" Someone yells, "The power's down!" Ouja, at the lowest level of the AntiNinja Prison grins, "This calls for a celebration."

*end flash back*

Back at Kumojou, Ouja is talking to Hateshi, "You killed Kiu huh?" After a short pause, "No need to answer. I already know." Hateshi just stands there in shock. Ouja gets in his face, "You really piss me off."

*meanwhile at Kumojou*

Tahei was talking to Sleeves about some plan then stops, "Where's Hateshi?" He curses himself then calls Nisemono on his cell, "You know where Hateshi is?" Nisemono shakes his head, "Sorry naka'a. Been a little busy..." Tahei looks around, "What the hell? I didn't even notice him leave..." Sleeves says, "But you *saw* him walk out the door." Tahei yells, "I know but I never saw him leave this area! He isn't anywhere near this building!" He gets a call on his cell and he yells, "What??" The Kiosa answers, "Excuse me?" Tahei says, "I'm really busy right now na." The Kiosa tells him, "Well time to stop whatever you're doing. The AntiNinja Prison is being overrun."

Tahei yells, "What???? When???" The Kiosa replies, "Started about an hour ago. URA's already been deployed..." Tahei was getting annoyed, "Why didn't you tell me sooner? Hateshi is missing and Ouja was IN that prison!" The Kiosa was confused, "What's wrong?" Tahei hangs up, "Sleeves... no just stay here. You guys stay out of this." Sleeves was confused, "What the hell's going on?" Tahei flash steps disappearing out of sight.

Ouja tells Hateshi, "Chishio have the ability to hurt others without even touching them. It's due to our telepathy." He looks at Hateshi who falls to the ground in pain. Ouja giggles, "You know? Finding someone like Kiu isn't easy. Supposing that you *did* kill him... technically, that would mean that you're stronger than him. Right?" Hateshi coughs in pain. Ouja continues talking trying to figure something out, "But that can't be. The only logical explanation is that you got help. There's no way a runt like you could have taken Kiu down alone." He looks at Hateshi, "Pay attention!" Hateshi screams in pain as Ouja continues, "Hence I just lost a valuable resource and gained nothing from it. Nothing!" He fires a shockwave with his telekinesis blasting Hateshi across the ground. Ouja snickers, "You just can't imagine how angry I am right now." The ground starts shaking and Ouja says, "Ya know what. I'm just gonna kill you. Yeah. This is for ******** messing with me." Hateshi's eyes widen knowing that Ouja was referring to what he said when he delivered the final blow against Kiu. Hateshi gasps for air as his eyes fill with bloody tears.

Tahei flash steps catching Hateshi before his head hits the ground. Tahei holds him, seeing him stop breathing as his heart stopped. Tahei's mouth hangs open unable to speak. His eyes start getting watery, "No." He stares at Hateshi who isn't breathing anymore, "No..." Ouja giggles, "Wow. I've never seen that before. The mental damage was enough to cause physical pain... enough that it killed him." He laughs a little and Tahei says pissed off, "You b*****d..." Ouja giggles, "I'm not done yet. Did you happen to help him kill Kiu because..." Tahei says laying Hateshi on the ground, "I BLOCKED HIS MEMORY!!!" Ouja stops confused, "Okay..." Tahei yells at him, "HIS MEMORIES WERE SO BAD THAT THEY WERE CAUSING PHYSICAL PAIN TO HIM! YOU JUST UNDID ALL THAT IN A SECOND AND KILLED HIM!" Ouja grins, "Oh. That's why..." Tahei jumps to level 15 without thinking, breaking his sunglasses. He tosses them away, "I'm going to kill you." Ouja laughs, "Please." Tahei bows, "Unleashing Kamosu Kai." Ouja remembers something, "Wait a second..." Tahei flash steps pounding away at Ouja who blocks all of his attacks, [What the... This guy's fast!] Tahei fires Myaku pounding Ouja into the ground. Ouja grins, "I haven't fought someone like you for a loooong time."

A bunch of pops go off and gas bombs hit the area. Tahei deflects the needles without even trying as Ouja rapidly knocks them away. An Air URA squad charges in at Ouja who grits his teeth, "Damn URA bastards." He disappears. He stops running for a second, "There's no way anyone can keep up with me." Suddenly Tahei kicks him through a bunch of trees surprising him, [What the?] He lands on a tree, "Hehehe, can you follow this?" He Inyus through the tree as Tahei punches it causing it to explode into a million pieces. He breathes heavily then looks back thinking, "There's still time." He disappears from sight heading back to where Hateshi's body and URA was.

Tahei grabs Hateshi's body as URA follows them. Tahei tells them, "Kiosa I'm fine just send these guys to help out with the prison." URA disappears as Tahei brought Hateshi farther and farther away from Tengakure, [I hope they can forgive me.]

Tahei stops, looking at a huge forest, "Hello!?" No one answers and he thinks for a second, [I might be able to perform it myself but... I can't risk it. I need the Medical Branch.] He charges into the forest. Suddenly some roots come out of the ground trying to tie him up but he blasts them away with Myaku, [Not 2 seconds I walk into this place and it's already attacking me.] He flash steps everywhere carrying Hateshi fighting off the forest that was trying to devour them. Suddenly everything stops and someone wearing wood armor comes out, "What are you doing here?" Tahei begs him, "I need the Medical Branch..." The guy giggles, "You're not allowed here remember?" Tahei says, "I don't care! I need the Medical Branch. There's a faint sign but he's barely alive. I need to hurry." The guy looks at Hateshi, "What the hell happened? That kid's almost dead." Tahei says, "Ouja Chishio brok..." The guy says, "Wait hold up. Ouja Chishio? Broke out of..." Tahei nodded, "I'm only here to get Hateshi help. Please." The guy nods, "You're clear to pass. ONLY for his sake." Tahei bows, "Thanks..." The guy looks around, "I got to go and tell the others." He flash steps and Tahei rushes to find the Medical Branch.

He carries Hateshi into a street where some guys look at him, "Who let you in??" Tahei says, "Ouja broke out of AntiNinja Prison and attacked Hateshi for killing Kiu who was his underling." They freak out, "Wait if he broke out... then that place must be overrun by now..." Tahei asks them, "Can you help him?" Referring to Hateshi, "I'm not sure I can do it on my own." One of the guys grins, "Yeah you can't just jack our jutsu from us without permission and expect to be able to do them just like that." Someone takes Hateshi, "This may take a while. What happened?" Tahei explains, "He's got uh... severe mental damage." The guy nods, "Okay this will take about 10 minutes. All we have to do is return his mind to a more stable state." They carry Hateshi into a house. Tahei smiles, [These guys are the best. Would've taken any other medic ten times longer.] Kouken, the leader of the Mokuzai clan, flash steps next to Tahei, "Hi." Tahei asks, "You still mad at me?" The Kouken shakes his head, "We shouldn't be talking about that. The AntiNinja Prison was holding a lot of Class 1 criminals. A lot of Class 1 ninja are going to be deployed in order to keep that place secure. I called the Sanosa all three URA units were already deployed. They're just starting to get that place under control." A medic comes out to inform Tahei, "Uh... He's worse than we thought. He's very close to dying. We're going to need..." Tahei asks, "How long can you sustain him?" The medic replies, "About a day." Tahei says, "I know what to do." Kouken asks, "Are you allowed to give prisoners the death sentence?" Tahei's expression doesn't change, "I don't give a damn." The Kouken sighs, "Up security of the forest. Station the Sword Branch around the border." The medic nods, "Yes sir." The Kouken and Tahei disappear heading for the prison.

Tahei appears outside the prison watching the fight, "Heh. URA put up a Triple Barrier. There's no way those guys are getting out." Kouken nods, "So..." Tahei walks towards it, "You can jump in if you want." Kouken follows him, [Yay.]

Tahei gets right outside the barrier and tells URA next to him, "I'm taking down the prison. Let me in." The Kiosa calls him on his communicator, "Suppress the prisoners..." Tahei cuts off his communicator and puts it away. URA leaves a gap in the barrier so Tahei and the Kouken walk in. They close it, "No one's allowed out until the prison has been secured." Tahei giggles, "Like you can keep me in here." He walks in and sees a bunch of ninja dead, "Hm... I could just grab one of these guys... but then I wouldn't be doing my job." Someone flash steps next to him, "We've locked down every level of the prison. They're still managing to break down..." Tahei holds his hand up, "Shut up. Get everyone to the top floor. This is a simple clean up job." The guard calls on the intercom, "All remaining personnel to the top floor!"

After all everyone arrives they ask what's going on. Tahei goes past all of them, "Stay here. Your job is to make sure no one gets past you. This prison is made of special Kinzoku armor. The Primary Countries built this prison together. The only way out is through here." The Kouken follows him and Tahei tells the guards, "About... 1/4th of you... Setup a perimeter outside." Someone asks, "Wait a minute... Who put you in charge?" Tahei flash steps slamming him into the wall, "You got a problem with that? I'll kick you out of here and trust me, it's going to hurt." The guy shakes his head and Tahei drops him, "Anyone else has problems following orders? Just leave."

Everyone becomes silent as a squad walks in wearing sunglasses. The one in the front asks, "What?" Tahei sighs, "Good glad you could come." Kieto shrugs, "We kind of came because a Kashoku's in here..." Tahei asks, "Is he still here?" Kieto looks down, "Hmm... I still sense a Kashoku energy signature here... That's weird. He hasn't left yet." Tahei figures, "He must want revenge on the guards or something. Anyway lets go." Tahei, the Kouken and Kashoku ninja open the door and start walking down the hall, "Lets split up. Kouken and I will take on this floor. You guys take the next floor." Kieto nods then the Kashoku ninja make a hand sign teleporting to the next floor. Someone lunges at Tahei who steps to the side, strikes her in the neck dropping her. "Listen up! I don't have time for this! Everyone just get your asses over here!" The prisoners grin, "Hehe only 2 guys? Idiots." They charge launching a bunch of attacks covering the place in smoke. They all stop for a second. Suddenly a green blast hits a bunch of them cutting them up.

Tahei launches Myaku slamming them into the walls. The Kouken looks around, "Man this is gay. I can't use my kodachi in such a small space..." A guy stabs him in the stomach with a sword, "Hehe. You shouldn't let your gaurd down..." The Kouken says, "Maybe.. Nah I just won't use a sword." He takes the sword out revealing that it only struck his armor, "Worthless."

After an hour Tahei, Kouken and the Kashoku ninja come back to the top looking beat up, "The prison's secure." The guards tell the Kashoku ninja, "We need you to power the prison until we can replace all the electronics. They..." Kieto knew, "Used an EMP attack. That's what it looks like. Yeah we'll power the prison. Doesn't look like your backup system is going to last much longer. Hurry up though we don't want to be here all day." He looks around, "Heh. Tahei and the other guy must've been in such a hurry."

Tahei appears in the Mokuzai forest with the Kouken, "Something's wrong..." The Kouken looks around, "Did you hear that?" Suddenly the Kouken falls to his knees holding his ears, "Ahh! What the hell is that???" Tahei analyzes him, [Kanjutsu? No.] He sees Ouja, "You suicidal or something?"

Ouja was standing there in plain view during the day, "Wow you guys got here fast... Who warned you?" Tahei saw Hateshi leaning against a wall with blood all over him, "Hateshi!" Hateshi licks the blood on his hands. Tahei was in shock, "No... Oh my god..." Ouja looks at Hateshi, "Good boy." Hateshi giggles hysterically. Ouja says, "Say hello to my new pet." Tahei can't take it anymore and fires Myaku at Ouja who dodges out of the way as it smashes through a wall. The Kouken gets back up off the ground, "What happened? Where's...?" Tahei tells him, "You're squad was smart. They evacuated the area and quarantined it."

Suddenly a big tree root comes out of the ground trying to wrap up Ouja who grabs it and rips it in half, "Annoying twigs! Just give up already!" Hateshi charges at Tahei attacking him. Tahei yells at him, "Hateshi! Stop! Don't make me hit you!" Ouja falls into the ground and speaks from the shadows, "Heh, it doesn't matter what you say to him. I just turned him. The thirst for blood is way too strong at that moment!" Tahei takes a deep breath looking at his student, [I thought you'd be safe here... I thought they could protect you until...] He grabs Hateshi's wrist, [No. I have to do everything on my own from now on.] Hateshi falls to his knees then Tahei strikes him in the neck knocking him out.

Ouja complains, "Aww. I was hoping you would kill him instead..." Tahei says, "Bakaera." Ouja asks, "Huh?" Tahei Inyus then kicks Ouja out of the shadow he was hiding in, "Hiding in shadows doesn't work anymore. Fuku!" The shockwave misses as Ouja disappears from the area leaving a message, "You may be able to heal his mind but you can't possibly heal his body. It's a genetic mutation. You can't heal it. Hehehe..."

The Mokuzai Medical Squad appears near them, "Sorry Kouken we couldn't..." The Kouken waved his hand, "No. It's okay. I'm glad he didn't turn you guys too. I'd hate to have to..." He stops looking at Hateshi and shuts up for a second. Then he asks Tahei, "What are you going to do?" Tahei picks up Hateshi, "I'm not going to kill him if that's what you're asking." He stands there thinking about what to do, [There has to be a way. I'll spend the rest of my life finding a way to bring him back to normal if I have to.]

The Kouken was talking with the medics, "I don't know... It's weird. It's not like any Kanjutsu I've ever encountered before..." Tahei tells him, "It's not Kanjutsu. It's telepathy. He manipulates your mind and forces you to experience whatever he wants you to. Kanjutsu works by attaching ryoku to something that the target is going to see, smell, hear, taste or touch. Once the target sees, smells, hears, tastes or touches whatever it is, then they are caught in the Kanjutsu. Vampires don't use it. They use telepathy which is much harder to defend against. You can't just shut your eyes or cover your ears." The Kouken asks, "Why weren't you effected by it then? If it's not Kanjutsu..." Tahei finishes, "I always have Issekigan active. 1: All senses except touch are turned off so they aren't there to manipulate in the 1st place. 2: A field is generated around the brain that shields it from any jutsu that try to enter through the head." He starts walking away, "I better go. I don't want to burden you guys anymore than I already have." He feels guilty, "Thanks..." A medic tells him, "Don't worry about it. Hateshi surprised attacked us trying to kill us. Someone got wounded but healing stuff like that is easy." Tahei tries to smile, "Yeah." He flash steps heading towards Tengakure.

"So Hateshi and Resshi tell me whats going on i haven't been here in a while".
"The main reason i haven't been here tho is because the Kouken.." Then Kichiro look at his teammates like [what did i do].

Hateshi wakes up in the hospital dazed. The lights hurt his eyes. He hears cars passing by and asks, "Hello?" Tahei jumps up awake now, "Hateshi!" Hateshi gets a glimpse of him and closes his eyes again, "Why the hell is it so bright in here? And could you close the window? Are we on the first floor or something..." He stops and asks Tahei, "What's wrong?" Tahei tells him, "The lights aren't that bright. And the window's closed." Hateshi gets a glimpse of the window seeing that it's closed, "What the..." He notices the smell of perfume in the next room, "What... Why..." Tahei explains to him, "Hateshi your senses were enhanced far past what's considered normal..." Hateshi giggles, "What's the point of that?" Tahei just spits it out, "Hateshi you're a vampire."

Hateshi thought he heard him wrong, "Uh what..." Tahei nods, "Ouja penetrated the Mokuzai Forest and turned you." Hateshi has flash backs of what happened, "Wait..." He gets out of bed and looks at the window realizing that the blinds are shut, "It's the daytime isn't it..." Tahei nods, "Just try to take it easy. Your senses are probably driving you crazy right now. Don't use Issekigan to avoid it. You need to learn to control them." Hateshi sits there in shock. Then Tahei takes out something, "Here's a pack of blood. The medics are too afraid of you so I had to supply you until you woke up. You should be able to handle yourself now." Hateshi asks, "What if..." Tahei answers, "If you need more then just ask for it. They'll rush to get it. Heh, they'll probably toss it at you though rather than hand it to you." Tahei walks out of the room and closes the door slowly. Hateshi could tell, [He seems really tired... How long has he been here?]

A doctor meets Tahei in the hallway. Hateshi hears them talking. The doctor was concerned, "Are you sure..." Tahei assures him, "I've blocked his memory. He should be fine. Just make sure he gets enough blood." The doctor asks, "There's no one that can stand guard and make sure my staff don't get killed?" Tahei shakes his head, "Sorry. I have to go. I asked the Kiosa for URA but he said that's overdoing it and URA's busy..." The doctor was still worried, "What if Ouja takes control of him?" Tahei already thought of that, "Then that triggers a seal I put on him. Any attempt to tamper with his mind will automatically cause him to go unconscious. Trust me the only person that can undo the seal is me." The doctor still didn't believe him, "But it's *still* possible to release the seal anyway so..." Tahei giggles, "Only Hashi ninja are able to manipulate the seal. It's tied to Issekigan... Don't worry too much. Later na, I have to go." He flash steps before the doctor can argue anymore.

Hateshi lies in bed wondering wondering what he's going to do, [I have to learn to control my senses...] He focuses and sighs, [I give up. How the hell am I supposed to "control" my senses?] He thinks about activating Issekigan, [That'll only work until I fall asleep. Damn it. I wish... I wonder if Tahei knows any friendly vampires...]

*meanwhile*

Tahei walks into a restaurant with a bunch of ninja sitting there. All of them are silent as the waiters nervously serve them. Sleeves walks up to Tahei, "We saved you a seat." Tahei grins, "Thanks... But I think we should rearrange the tables." Sleeves tells him, "We asked but they'd prefer we don't..." Tahei walks up to the counter, "Don't worry we'll put it back exactly the way we found it." The manager tells him, "I'm honored to have y'all fully book my restaurant but you can't just..." Tahei cuts in, "I don't have time for this. We payed you already. We're moving the tables around." Some guys get up and start moving stuff, "You want it all sort of in a circle right?" The manager was getting furious then gives in, "Fine. But I'm charging extra if y'all break anything..." Tahei ignores him, "Yeah whatever."

Tahei looks for a chair and Sleeves pulls one up for him, "Here." Tahei looks at the door where a kunoichi is standing there looking mad, "Hey..." She walks in, "Don't 'hey' me." Sleeves rolls his eyes, [Uh oh.] She walks up to Tahei, "Why didn't you take me with you?" Tahei says, "Can we please sit down so we can discuss everything..." She was getting impatient, "You just took off with your brother and didn't even take your girlfriend. What the hell's wrong with you?" Tahei sits down and everyone else follows while his girlfriend was still standing there waiting for an answer. Tahei executes a hand sign creating a chair coming out of his hand, "Sit please." She sits down still mad at him, "Were you even going to come for me???" Tahei was getting annoyed, "I was looking for you! As soon as I found where everyone was I sent Nisemono to go get you!" Nisemono appears out of nowhere showing himself, "Sorry Tahei..."

Tahei hugs her, "I'm sorry Ria. I shouldn't have left you alone." She had tears in her eyes, "I thought I was never going to see you again..." Nisemono sits down next to his wife who hold hands. Tahei kisses Ria, "I have to take care of business now. Someone has to lead the clan." She nods letting go of him. Tahei turns to everyone else, "I'm glad to see that all of you have survived. Nisemono..." Nisemono nods, "I already secured the kids." Tahei nods, "Thanks." Nisemono asks, "What about Hateshi?" Tahei thinks for a second, "He's fine..." Nisemono could tell something was wrong, "What happened?" Tahei puts his hand over his face, "Ouja turned him." He tries to get a grip and Nisemono adds, "Then he's a security threat..." Tahei yells at him, "Shut the ******** up! He's my..." Feeling guilty Tahei couldn't finish the sentence. Nisemono assures him, "I was merely saying we're going to need to take better care of him now. You know how I work." Tahei calms down, "I already put a seal on him. Any attempt to mess with his mind will cause him to go unconscious." Nisemono nods, "I see." Nisemono gets up, "All in favor of Tahei leading the clan." Tahei was surprised as everyone raised they're hands, "Uh... thanks..." Nisemono explained, "We should agree on the leader to prevent conflicts. Anyone that has a problem should speak now." No one says anything for a moment. Nisemono stands next to Tahei about to ask him something but Tahei already knew, "Of course. You're still head of security. Everyone whatever your job was or whatever you were doing before, that's what you will be doing now. I don't plan on switching anyone around. Nisemono you can sit..." Nisemono shakes his head, "Sorry naka'a. The head of security isn't allowed to take leisure during a meeting like this." Tahei giggles, "Okay have it your way." Nisemono bows, "I've already blanketed the area with a cloak and a silence jutsu." Tahei grins, "That's really unnecessary. Thanks anyway." Nisemono stands back up watching over everyone.

An hour later Nisemono walks out of the restaurant, "All clear." Everyone starts walking out and someone asks Tahei, "Where will we stay?" Tahei answers, "Nisemono will be escorting you to your new homes." Everyone follows Nisemono as Tahei takes Ria into an ally to be alone. They start making out then end up holding each other tight. Tahei asks, "You still want to know why I didn't take you with me?" She looks at him confused, "So you didn't just run off..?" Tahei tells her, "I didn't want to endanger you." She argued, "Oh please both you and Kousha would've been there..." Tahei shakes his head, "Whoever attacked us was strong. It wasn't just Kiu. There's something more to it than that. I realized it as soon as I saw him." She asks, "Who?" Tahei continues, "Hateshi." Ria asks, "You mean that kid you've been...?" Tahei nods, "There's something obviously wrong. He shouldn't be alive. He was one of the first people to get attacked yet they only managed to wound him... I don't know why but they didn't kill him." She wonders, "Does he have something or something...?" Tahei says, "I think Ouja's trying to get Issekigan. He has a bunch of other idensai. He probably decided to kill everyone else so he's the only one with it... which suggests he doesn't want any one else even vampires getting it..." He thinks to himself, [Why would he do that? He hasn't done anything like this before...] Ria understands, "So you took off with this kid hoping to use him as bait??" Tahei looks guilty, "No... I mean..." She laughs, "Jeez you're mean."

Tahei was walking with Ria in village of Bisaie in Toshira, "I hope the others are okay with staying here." He looks up seeing a ninja holding a really long weapon, [What are you doing here?] The ninja suddenly appears next to Tahei and Ria, "Hi." Tahei looks at him with caution, "What do you want?" The ninja looked up revealing his Issekigan was on, "We're here to make sure nothing like this ever happens again." Tahei looks confused, [The Paradox Brothers are helping?] Ria asks Tahei, "Um... Who is that?" Tahei still finds it odd that this guy is there, "He's... Mitsuke." Ria remembers something, "Wait... isn't he famous or something? I know I heard that name before..." Tahei tries to decide whether to tell her or not as Mitsuke grins, "It's probably been a while since you've heard of me. You must've been a kid when you were told the rumors." Her eyes widen after she remembers, "You..."

She giggles, "You're saying you're Mitsuke? Of the Paradox Brothers?" Mitsuke bows, "Very few have met me in person and lived to tell about it. But if we killed everyone that met us in person... then there wouldn't be any rumors." Ria laughs, "Yeah there are fairy tales made up about you guys. That's fairy tales. You can't prove you're Mitsuke. It's funny..." Mitsuke argues, "I can't prove I am myself? Well what is oneself but an interpretation of oneself, which means my interpretation may mean nothing to you." Ria looks confused, "What?" Mitsuke appears behind her, "If I weren't Mitsuke could I instantaneously 'move' from one place to another?" He teleports around then stops on top of a shop, "If I weren't Mitsuke then why am I wearing this mask?" Ria refuses to believe him, "Because you're a lunatic." Mitsuke giggles, "What is a lunatic but a word used to describe one that is not in touch with everyone else's reality? Since reality itself isn't 'right' then you're a lunatic too." Tahei cuts in, "Mitsuke stop messing around." Mitsuke appears behind Tahei, "I was only pointing out that calling me a lunatic isn't a good argument." He disappears from sight. Ria asks, "How does he do that?" Tahei starts walking, "Do what?" Ria adds, "How does he teleport like that? That's not Kashoku-style..." Tahei explains, "It's not teleportation... exactly... It's the Motion Paradox." Ria was intrigued, "What's...?" Tahei sums it up, "In order to move from point A to point B, you have to get half way there before you can get there right?"
