Take the rudiments and do them with your feet, just as you would with your hands.

I've already tried rudiments with my feet. I'm looking for more different stuff, but thanks anyway.

Did it do anything, and were you doing them right?

Another exercise is to work on doubles and singles between a hand and a foot
Any letter superceeded by an 'h' will be a hand. Any superceeded by a 'f' will be a foot.
(played as sixteenth notes)
RhRh RfRf
LhLh LfLf
RhRh LfLf
LhLh RfRf
RhLh RfRf
RhLh LfLf
And so forth. Push for accuracy, not speed. I only play with one bass drum, but I still do variants of this with between my hands and my kick. When I begin doubles or singles, I will play the pattern with my hands, but couple my foot to one of the hands so that the bass drum is hitting exactly with the hand. After it becomes solid enough, I take the hand it was coupled to out. Generally, your hands are more accurate, so if your bass can match your hands first, you can be sure it's straight enough.

Here's an idea:
Alternate flams between your hands and feet. Again with the accuracy.
Start with hands leading, it's more difficult (to me).

if you want to learn drum techniques then go to your local drum shop and buy Steve Smith drumming techniques. Its one of the best dvds i have ever seen for instruction. That guy is like 4 people in one its creepy. if i get some time i might rip a part of it or all of it for you.

Can you do double stroke rolls on bass? That's always a cool thing to learn.
