I think Sakura will win (the good guys always win)
However, I think Karin and Sasuke will make a better couple.
(Sorry to disappoint all the SasuSaku fans. >_>)

Kairin is a girl on team Hebi(snake).Along with Sasuke,someone else,and another guy.Its in Shippuden
SakuraXsasuke all the way because:
SPOILER WARNING-Sasuke and Sakura get married and have 3 kids somewhere near manga 967 i think
