We have eleven inches of snow on the ground, you guys. This is the most snow we've seen in like, five years. gonk
It's very pretty, and it'll be fun to play in (when it stops freakin' snowing), but we're in a state of emergency over it. Only emergency vehicles (police, ambulances, fire trucks, etc.) are allowed out.
So, any snow where you girls are?

XD Me too. I love snow, but I hate cold. Now, if it could snow while it's 75 degrees (F) outside, I'd be one happy girl.

How much is eleven inches, again? ^_^;;
But yes. We got a wild snowstorm last night, too. I was at a friends house last night, and he was burning his broken camera outside with a lighter and a hairspray (as I hid in the corner. *pyrophobe*), and it was pelting down.
His shed was like... half snowed in. D:

You're so lucky I love snow but we don't get it often and it sucks >_> Even when we do get it, it's gone before you can really have fun

I don't know if anyone around my area would pay attention to a snow emergency...There are so many important things they could be doing, like going to the mall! :/
We've finally been able to get enough experience with snow that the people driving the trucks can do it quickly, but with our most recent storm (ice instead of snow), everyone already driving made it difficult. Gorram you, northern Virginia.

Ha. I hope we don't get any snow. I've been looking forward to days of kind-of-warmness and no snow. <3

Gah. Spring seems so far away T-T >>
@Grinny: It's nearly a foot. 12 inches is a foot.

Grin Evilly How much is eleven inches, again? ^_^;;
Eleven inches is about twenty-seven centimetres. I have an online converter bookmarked for things like this!
Where I live, I know for a fact that it's snowed at least 150cms [almost five feet] this winter. Possibly more. Right now we've probably got about... oh... 80cms [two and a half feet] to 100cms [three feet]. We did get a snow storm on Wednesday, but the one we were supposed to have today turned up as rain. I'm glad. Any more snow and we wouldn't have been able to see the top of the cage we have for our cats [and it's a pretty tall cage!].
