So I'm grounded for 2 months and my birthday's tomorrow.
Har har.
No cellphone and no computer.
Fortunately for me, my dad's the only one who cares that I'm grounded. Which is uncharacteristic of mi madre.
I got home late. At 11
on friday evening.

Um, my mom always sort of pulls the "you got home late" stuff.
Like, if I'm home at 10:30 she'll say, "You were supposed to be in bed by 10!"
Or I'm home at 11 she'll say, "You were supposed to be in bed by 10:30!"
Or I'm home at 11:30 she'll say, "You were supposed to be in bed by 11!"
It's always a half hour earlier. xD

Which is the best age evar, imo.
My mom just goes, "I never gave you permission to go out with friends."
Sometimes I wish I didn't live in the city. :/

Getting grounded, despite how long my dad designates the grounding will last, only ever seems to last a few hours in my house.
My mom doesn't ground me because the only times I get in trouble are when I 'back talk' my dad. So my mom doesn't care, and my dad has no parenting skills.
Well, it sounds like your sort of in the same boat.

Zealous Blue Getting grounded, despite how long my dad designates the grounding will last, only ever seems to last a few hours in my house.
