OLPs were a nice guitar for the beginner/intermediate player. Affordable, decently equipped.

They don't make OLP anymore, but you can still get the guitars they were licensed from!

yeah, only they come well equipped.

i got the guitar from my bassist, a trade for my bass that i never played.

apparrently the previus owner (besides the bassist) had work done to it, fixing the locking tuners and sqitching out the stocks for some dimarzios ( they look the same, i can NOT tell a difference.) so yeah, i like it, it's become one of my main go to guitars. though i still love my dean and my kramer.

i just got a bc rich masterpiece mockingbird. it retails at like 600 dollars, but i didnt pay that much lol. it plays like a dream. it has double humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets, etc. the only thing that i dont like about it is that its a bolt-on. but, even so, it is an amazing guitar. i can do pinch harmonics without even trying. its almost as if the guitar is doing it by itself...
