why does everyone hate kikyou? Its like the only thing against her is that she steals souls...and thats it. i know u guys call her evil sometimes but...how evil can she be? she protectss villages, is great with children, and helps travellers and the sick. kagome on the other hand..........is whiny, annoying, and naggy. i dont know why inuyasha likes her. kikyou is way prettier and way more quiet. look: this:  or this:

Ok, I respect that your a pro-Kikyo and a anti-Kagome. But you cannot bash a character of her voice (I know her english voice is a little whiny, but her japanese one is way better) or her clothes (short skirt, but come on, that's the japanese uniform, you can't do anything about it).
Now to my opinion: Kikyo was in "love" with Inuyasha and wanted to change him (she couldn't accept him as a hanyou). She thought only for herself. It meant that she could get a normal life. Then Kikyo was killed by Naraku and she thought it was Inuyasha. (I guess they didn't trust eachother that much since they were tricked that easily)
Ok, Kikyo comes back: she already tries to kill Inuyasha, or take him to hell. Even though everyone tells her that Naraku killed her. When she finally believes it, she gives the huge jewel shard to him! I mean come on! And the worst is the soul stealing! I mean, souls should go to heaven and not into a clay pot! And there was this one part what I don't understand... in the 2nd movie remember Kikyo gave the stone bowl of buddha to Kagura without a fight? The little girl gave it to her so she could protect it from the enemy and what does Kikyo do? Sooooo..... I thought she helps people. Maybe she will find more peace in death, since life was so cruel to her.
Also, Kagome has her flaws, but hey, nobody is perfect...
Ok, that's my opinion, take it or leave it.

Ok, that's my opinion, take it or leave it. kikyou wanted to change inuyasha because she was raised 2 think demons were bad hurtful dangerous people. kagome was raised to think demons r fake,unreal. so whoopdedo. she doesnt really care becasue in her era, demons r makebeleive. and they did trust each other its just...ok...what would u think is ur boyfriend walks up to u with a knife and starts stabbing u. i dont think u would think it s an evil demon out to get the jewel shards! exactly. and plus, she wants to take him to hell so they can be together forever without anyone...interfering. her life on earth is no longer bearable and she wants inuyasha in her world. and in i forgot whatever episode, this guy from the band of seven was talking to kikyou. and he sed there is no after life. so basically, those souls dont even matter to their bodies. she does too help people. she helps kids, villages, and travelers in like every other episode shes in. kikyou is dead. im gald. she doesnt need anymore suffering. inuyasha treats her like trash. they loved each other and then she died and he fell in love with her copy???????? she comes back and he starts being a player going back and forth. i mean come on! chose already!

Yes I know Kikyo helps people in the episodes, but can you explain why she gave the stone bowl of buddha to Kagura in the second movie? Remember the little girl died for it and Kikyo gave it to the enemy so easy.

i kinda hate kikyo i mean she's dead let's forget about the past... you guys so many anit-kagome so many anti-kikyo yes she does help children (that what's very nice of her 3nodding )i mean not being mean but the only way she lives is with souls...kikyo i would really like it if she ADMITS that she loves inuyasha. I kinda think the couple is like blah!!!! i mean she sometimes trys 2 kill inu example: draging inu into hell! i mean eek that will just mess the whole story up! xd i forget which episode it was when kikyo and kagome were 2geather and than kikyo had a knif! and yeah lol! i still think kikyo is play an important part of the show! biggrin i just think she's sometimes crazy xd sweatdrop i still think kagome is better she never tried 2 kill inuyasha except the first move i mean that ugly deam guy was controling her... i love inu and kag picks heart i was bored i kinda think my opinion will have 2 use but i was bored so WHOO! cool lol anyways i could ask the same question y hate kagome???O_o yes she can be annoying sometimes but i still think inu and kag make the best couple! biggrin

I don't like Kikyo because she took advantage of Inuyasha's feelings, sent him into a 50 yr sleep, and wants to kill him even though she should technically be dead and lifeless.

I havn't seen an episode without Kagome or Inuyasha. exactly! maybe thats why so many people hate her. they want change. a twist! kagome/inuyasha is soooooooo predicted. but kikyou coming back and inuyasha hating kagome and choosing kikyou??? now thats a twist. so not supected. kikyou adds that little upmh to inuyasha. imagine the show without her...............every episode.........the same..............inuyasha.........kagome.........sango....miroku.......shippo.................fighting demons.......................every day................ it makes it even more irritable that i have 2 hear kagomes voice.....every..........single.............freakin...........day.......
