I wanted some opinions on how you keep track of your fresh water aquariums if that's ok...
How often do you test your water? (Once a week, month...?)
What do you test for? (Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, PH, Hardness, Alkalinity...?)
What type of test do you use? (All in one strips or individual liquid tests?)
I'm just trying to get some perspective on where I stand compared to everyone else...and I want my fish to be happy. Thanks. heart

I use liquid tests, they are more accurate. I terst once a month or so, and Usually only test ammonia and nitrate.

I usually test about every two weeks or so, and I test for pH and ammonia.

I test for Ammonia once a week, PH once a month, Nitrates once a month. And I use all liquid tests.
