Im sure youw ould be ok, just remind anyone that makes a comment that by doing so they prove that 360 and nintendo fans are inferior to Sony fans because they lack the ability to except other gamers for what they are.
Also it proves they are ignorant of what makes a good game as they dont take the time to fairly judge games on other systems.
Or is that to high-minded for people at your school?
Pretty much. My friends aren't afraid to go out a limb and call the PlayStation brand "s**t". Even when I'm around, knowing full-well that I'm a PlayStation fan, they criticize it. Like one of my friend's Dad has shares with Nintendo and Microsoft, but not Sony. So one of them goes out and says "Yeah, your Dad is smart. Sony is so full of fail. The only thing they're good at is making TVs."
Even after getting my PS3 on my birthday, I was getting on the bus all smiley and happy that I had gotten it and was able to enjoy it...the same friend insinuated that I was trying to hide the fact that I "thought my PS3 really sucked nuts." My friends aren't afraid to hit low, they go all out to make the PlayStation brand seem like trash.
They're not as bad recently...but that's kind of the view of my school as a whole. Praise Nintendo and Microsoft like Gods but treat Sony like a high-school dropout who lives with his parents for the rest of his life...
That sucks my friend, that sucks alot. I suppose they try and write off the 33% failure rate of the 360 eh?
I sometimes wonder if alot of people jumped to Msoft with their system as fans just because it was not Asian, because honestly, there is ALOT of racist crap about Asians flying around right now. Its not out in your face but its very subtle. Im not Asian but I find it offensive because you know damned well that it was some white guy in a room that came up with it.
Personally I prefer products, such as cars, TVs, etc that come from Japan over something that comes from Canada or the US. I find they last longer and dont cost me half as much; especially in the car side of things, on top of that, far superior when it comes to pollution, or the lack there of.
Its truely sad that so many people are just sheep, Msoft could slip a poison pill into the feed and kill half of their fanboys and the other half would still try to deny it.
Besides, most of what the 360 has thats worth playing, Mass Effect for example, is on the PC and looks better XD
Of course I find that most of the 360 library is not all that worth while, but thats all personal, others will feel differently.
