In essence, this is the main meeting place for those aligned with the Rogues. Masses of tents are set up all around here, as the Rogue grouping is composed of many clans, not just one. They don’t’ all get along, but, grudgingly, the leaders of each group have agreed that this main center will be a place where everyone can get along. It serves as an area for trade, communication, and swapping information. The tents of the leaders here are often well protected; only those with official business can enter there, but one can enter the normal dwellings and shops without issue.
