My partner and I are participating in a national ballroom competition and we decided to compete in bronze and pre-bronze lavels since we figured we'd have better chances ranking (we are in silver level). However, I wasn't very happy when I saw the costume restrictions:
No costumes are allowed;
Day dress or skirt and blouse;
Lady's dress must not be decorated with sequins, diamante, rhinestones, feathers, fringe, or similar decorations;
It must be between mid thigh and mid calf in length;
Openings in the skirt in the front, side or back, pants, jeans or jumpsuits are not permitted.
Any ideas for a dress that would be acceptable????
