Well, I suppose the title is somewhat of a misnomer, as what I'm about to provide won't create a character for you. However, what it will do is allow you to display what your character looks like to others. It's called "Hero Machine 2.5" and is designed to allow you to create super-heros and villians, as well as their fantasy counterparts, and a fair deal of modern stuff too. If you follow the link below, you can create your own character, I'll if you post the image, I'll keep all of them here in one post so it'll make a good reference guide. Hero Machine 2.5

This is as best of a rendition of Hayden as I could create with the generator, and it isn't far from what I had in mind, plus or minus a small detail or so. Anyway, here's my entry to the character catalog. Enjoy.  Also, Xenos, I think the cloak on your image is a nice touch, because it totally confirms my image of Xenos as being remarkably like Commissar Gaunt from Dan Abnett's novels. In personality as well as looks... Of course, in my opinion.

With mine, there's a few things that I don't like about it. First of all, the hair. Xenos has a lot of loose hair, though I suppose with the beret it's being kept out of his face. Also, I don't like the boots or the pants, but they fit in well enough. But I think one of the things that bothers me the most is the weapons. First of all, Xenos doesn't use a MP5, but it's what looked the best. I suppose I'll just have to make a new one some time with more accurate weapons. Also, while I like that I could actually make his eyes two different colours, his face has like four or five major scars which you can't really do. I might edit my new one in MSPaint. xd
But 1337, I'm going to have to take that as a big compliment. I've only read one of the books, but Colonel*-Commissar Gaunt is of epic calibre. Having Xenos likened to him is rather nice of you.
*I just noticed, Colonel-Commissar Gaunt, Colonel Mortium. Ha!

sweatdrop @Alucard- Try pressing "Prt Scrn", then opening up MSPaint, hitting "Ctrl-V", and saving the file. Just upload it and voila. At least, that's what I did.

I think her skin should've been more purple... or less. Maybe blue. I like blue. No I don't. I like green.
And pie. I like pie a lot.
Not more than green, though.
Unless it has green on it...
Then it is a very good pie.
