Evening had fallen across the land, but there were no night sounds to be heard. Even the owls and the foxes were silent, cowering in fear. The arrival of Wrath made the very earth tremble. Blood stained antlers appeared first over the crest of the hill before the red, decaying body heaved itself up into view.
The Fallen stag’s anger was legendary. The deer spoke of it in whispers and the storytellers told Wrath’s tale when the sun was shining and the terribly words would not bring down destruction.
Tossing his antlers back as his stood at the top of the hill, Wrath snorted and cast his mad, burning gaze across the land. His rage smoldered within him, ready to flare up in a moments notice. The desire to destroy was not as strong that night, for only that morning his had taken the lives he believed was owed to him. What had been taken from him was now his right to take from others.
But it wouldn’t be long before he was off again, searching for his next victim. He snorted again, tongue snaking up to wipe drying blood from his nose. This world was sickening.

It was the silence that first alerted him to the presence of the other, the suffocating, chilling absense of sound that immediately made Envy aware something was different. Usually, the sounds were fairly faint, most animals tended to stay far away from this area, however there were the faint sounds that came from far off, floating lightly through the air to Envy's ears. This was different. Bright, unholy eyes stared out of a body far to small to house the fierce emotion that swirled just below it's surface, tainting the mind of the calf. He looked up, spying a stag as red as blood itself coming down from the hillside. He knew the stag, everyone knew that stag. No wonder the night was far more silent that normal, far more fearful.
Envy had never been sure whether his fear or his respect for Wrath was greater. Certainly he admired the stag, felt a rush of envy when he saw him, a strong, fearless stag who rained down his fury on the living. But on the other hand, Wrath, more so than the rest of them had been completely consumed by his emotion. Envy could feel it within himself as well, the feeling that only grew stronger by the day. One day he too would lose his being and become completely enslaved to his envy. Soon, he suspected, for as time passed, he could feel the small fragments that were still himself slip away. He wasn't sure whether or not he should welcome that or not. Silently, he continued to observe Wrath.

The hot, stale air wafted to meet Gluttony as he silently trotted through the wilderness of the land of the fallen. His bloodstained antlers felt too heavy on his head. He was tired, oh so tired. The light in his red ember eyes was dying fast. His broken leg had almost healed.
"I'm....home?" he muttered. His ears drouped. He had started to like the world of the living a lot more than he had ever thought he would. But now he had a living master with his soul in reserve, coming to aid any call sent to him. But such a beautiful, firey hind.....his stomach gave a sick rumble.
"Already?" he moaned bending his head in serch of something to eat. A fat catterpillar attempted to drag it's fat, furry body away from the threatening shadow. Gluttony opened his stinking jaws and snapped them shut on the bug. Chewing slowly, he looked up and Wrath's chest. The stag seemed more agitated than usual. "Home," grunted Gluttony, "Compared to everything, this is not home."
