Basically you're here long enough, and Miranda/Jabberwock decides that you'd make a good moderator. 3nodding
Ideas of what we look for in a moderator: Fairness, knowledge of the rules, unbiased application of the rules, intelligence, knowledge of the subject, that sort of thing.

If crew is needed then I'll post an application (as was done before) for people. Generally though like Andy said, it's based on how long you've been here, how fair and unbiased I think you'll be etc. Also, however, I will look for other things like people who make an effort to get to know the others of the guild, and who are friendly with them.

Mm. I like the term boss. 3nodding I think we should demand that the lowlings call us bosses from now on. Ooh, even better, they should be called "peasants," and we should have royal names! Like, I could be Duke I.Am. A kick-a** duke. And Jabbers, of course, is the Queen. Or is McPhee the Queen? wink Lyme is the Courtesan, if I am not mistaken... razz Waters is... Uh... Royal Ambassador from a foreign country? And KP, eh, he's the Queen Mother.
