asjkdhkdas.
so.
i've been going absolutely crazy these last few weeks. just, batshit insane. i've been snapping at people, things have been annoying me really easily, i'm happiest when i'm left alone but i whine when people ignore me, and christ, my poor boyfriend. D: i've been driving him up the wall. he's been nice enough to deal with me for the past few weeks, but idk, last night i exploded at him for no reason and i can imagine he's more than a little upset at me. i feel terrible too, becuase i can't really offer any explanation why.
so anyway, along with feeling crazy, i've just been. sick. i haven't been eating much - which says a lot, i usually eat so much. this has been happening since around december, and the effect on me, especially my weight, is kind of bad. >__> i'm just over a 100 pounds now. and my mom has been getting kind of worried, but not enough that she'll do anything about it yet.
so anyway, i woke up at around 12:30 today (yeah, late!) because i had stayed up late last night fighting with my boyfriend, and i go downstairs and grab an apricrot...
like two hours later i threw it up. i brush my teeth, come back into my room and look at my mom, and she just gives me this "o__O" look and then says "are you okay? you better not be pregnant or something"
sadklhsakdjsaldas, gee thanks mom. nice of you to worry. >:
I'm fairly certain i'm not, considering that i just had my period, pregnancy usually leads to significant weight gain, not loss, and just kjadka. the timeline wouldn't make sense.
but anyway, i've gotten sick of being like this for no reason that i can think of - other than i'm going crazy D: - so i'm wondering, PPS, what should i do to go back to... normal? D: ways to deal with stress? i think thats one of the main things bothering me right now...
bleh, pregnancy.

- -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - I'm always stressed out >.> But what makes me de-stress... I guess sleeping, exercizing, etc. Go to a doctor, you may have an infection or something? - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- - -- -

OMFG.
My mom constantly thinks I'm pregnant :/
But actually, you lose like 10-20 pounds when you initially get pregnant because you can't eat when you're puking all the time XD
THEN you put on the weight.
I put on 50 pounds from last year because when my grandma died, I got -uber- depressed, so I ate and ate. And so she thinks that because I put on so much weight, she instantly assumes I'm pregnant. AND THEN TELLS HER FRIENDS SHE THINKS I AM ******** PREGNANT BY STATING HOW MUCH WEIGHT I HAVE PUT ON.
BLOW IT OUT YOUR ******** a**, MOM. YOU STUPID c**t. SHUT THE ******** UP.
*ahem*
Ways to deal with stress? XD
I don't have many good ways, as you can tell >_>
I mean, hell, I'm on the verge of my period, and Matt had to get me chocolate at 2 in the morning this morning because I was uber emotional DD:
Matt is being driven up the wall, too.
Men just have to deal with us.
My family has agreed that I am a danger to society when I'm on my period ;3;
I believe I am, too. I scare people. I've made grown men cry on my period.
Dx
Uhm.. I suggest taking long, long walks to get your head cleared.
Or do what I do, and take a self-defense class so you can beat punching bags to a pulp and get away with it.
But don't worry, we be in the same boat, you and I. Except my mom has been saying this for MONTHS, even after last month, when I started my period at my brother's house on the one-year remembrance of my grandma's death Dx AND SHE STILL THINKS I AM PREGNANT. WHEN I HAD TO ASK HER FOR A ******** PAD.
Er...
I'll shut up before I set the thread on fire from my anger and short temper >_>

I seriously thought I was preggers awhile ago. It scared the crap out of me.
Um... I find taking walks makes me feel better. And eating things like fruits and drinking tea.

He destroyed my life...
I have been very emotional too for quite a while now. Very frustrated and I dunno... I've been crying alot.. Trying not to smash things to pieces.. The only time I am not like this/that is when I am with my boyfriend. (Which I am not now, so I am uber emotional and frustrated) I have no reason for it either. I have depression.. But the kind that can't be helped. Thankfully, I don't get affected by my period. I've been eating a load though (comfort eating) then getting pissed off at myself for gaining the weight. I really want my boyfriend now. I can't stop crying tonight. Now I will destroy him.

OMG. That sucks. :/
I find the best way to deal with stress is to do something I like. I mean like REALLY like. Something that makes me forget for awhile that the real world exist. I either do this by: A: Sleeping a bunch or B: Reading a VERY good boook. Venting on sports does the trick too. Like kicking somehting? Try soccer C:

To Whom It May Concern, I thought i was pregnant a while ago. my period was waaayyyy off. it was so scary. I don't know why, but my period nevr came that month. but it did the next. so, I think it might have been the fact that. I'd been hanging out with one of my friends more.. and she's irregular. and y'know when you hang out with someone, or are around them.. it can change. so yeahhh. pms = eviiill. Sincerely, Hey Man Sex

I don't think I can get preggers, but I'm glad I don't do -things-, so I am never worried about that. =] Chocolate helps me.

Well I'm unable to have children and I haven't had a period for several years so I'm no help at all. I do think that exercise and a healthy diet helps though.

Which is funny, because my wife's mother asked which one of us was pregnant. xP
