It had been nearly two years since she had met Tammuz. Two. years. They had been living together for almost as long and, as a result, had a brood of adopted children. He just didn't want any actual children. That's where the problem presented itself.
Callee frowned up at the building. The Planned Parenthood-esque places were rather intimidating and always put her a bit on edge. The Double Trouble clinic was the one place that didn't strike her as being crazy-overwhelming. True, it was a fertility clinic but... maybe they would know a place that didn't have creepy looking secretaries.
The slim redhead pushed her way inside, ankle-length skirt making a little swishing noise as she stepped inside. She glanced around, already nervous, fingertips drumming absently on her arm before she continued towards the receptionist desk. "...hello?"

Selma wasn't creepy. The bored looking woman might have been able to pull off creepy, if she was as happy as Ronchas was, but she was not. Instead she looked up at the woman with a rather annoyed look. must she be so....there? She understood that couples wanted to get knocked up but she didn't get why they had to bug her about it.
"Yes?" she nearly groweled, but instead let her voice remain icy with just a hint of bored, as if she were already annoying her, just by being there and being her.
Which she were.

Callee jumped just slightly, her fingers moving to twist together. The hesitance was short lived, though, ad the redhead ended up giving the snarky woman a bright smile. "Hi! I'm Callee and... I know this is a fertility place but all the other places are kinda... creepy. I was looking for one of those birth control shots? The new ones that protect you for a year or six months or something... My fiance doesn't want kids and I-just." A flustered pause and another smile. "Well. Yes."

Selma, being the employee of the month that she was, only really heard the word shot. It did become obvious though that she did not have an appoitment. So the dark haired woman sent her a short glare but then typed up a quick little memo to Ronchas and sent it off. He should be happy to take her now.
"Sit down, the doctor will see you when he's avaliable." Selma said simply and turned back to her juciy romance novel. Things were just getting good anyway.

"Sit - You mean, you have them there?" Her eyes were wide, blinking in bafflement before she shrugged. Callee sat down gingerly, fingers stroking down the cloth of her chair.

Ronchas came out after about an hour of waiting. Since Callee sat down Selma had been sitting behind her desk curled up in her romance novel, completely ignoing the woman. Though there was a few out dated magazines and children's toy it was easy get bored, expecially with such a long wait.
Ronchas though was smiling brightly and had a real bounce in his step. Since he got Selma's message he already had a full syringe in his pocket (in a santized bag of course), but he smiled even more warmly when he spotted the young woman.
"Hello, Hello!" he called out, gallently almost. "You're here for the shot yes? The shot? Well I'll be glad to give it to you, very glad. Are you married? Married? Oh, please, come with me, come with me." he urged, heading to his office.

Callees head jerked out of her doze at the sound of Ronchas' footsteps. Truthfully, she had dozed off, cheek on her knuckles and elbow on the arm of one of the chairs. She blinked at the doctor owlishly, offered him a little smile back before pushing herself up.
"I'm engaged, actually. Just the -" She cut herself off, moving quickly after the doctor, glancing to and fro as she walked. "-We've talked about children. Truthfully, I was surprised you gave this sort of shot."
She chewed her lower lip, staring down at her hands. The redhead wasn't sure if Tam would be happy about her doing this but it wasn't as if she was doing anything to GET pregnant. She was doing it to soothe both their minds.
Yes.
"How long until it takes effect?"

Ronchas turned to look at her and smiled warmly. "Beautiful, beautiful. Wonderful when two souls find another and ma-marry." Ronchas almost said mate which would have been bad. He tried to not let people know that he saw his customers like that.
"Oh yes, the shot will take place imediately, imediately." he promised, nodding, "And we are special clinic, very special. I like to be different." Ronchas admited, grinning as he helped her onto her his medical bench.
"Now you need to fill out some paperwork, some paperwork." Ronchas admited, pulling out a blank file and some empty forms, handing the forms to her. "I will need your man's information too."

"I don't think it'll be for a while; he likes taking things slow." Callees face lit up as she talked about Tammuz, settling on the medical bench easily. It took her a moment to tuck her skirt and adjust her hair; only then did she take the offered forms.
His information? Her mind drew a blank when he came like that. She knew his age and family and name... "About Tammy?" She asked, glancing down before grabbing a pen (or being offered one, etc, etc!) and starting to scratch out the information.

"Yes, yes, your love." Ronchas urged, and pulled out the syringe. He took it out of the bag then washed his hands at the sink. He then pulled on the gloves. He really didn't need to do so for a shot but prefered it for himself. He turned to watch the woman, tilting her head to the side.
Well he didn't care much about the background, hence why he didn't chase the feeling inside him that he and the woman might be talking about different things and just agreed. He just had to get the syrum inside of her and then it all be good.

"Yes, yes, my love." Callee parroted back, her voice a distracted murmur as she filled out the information. Tammuz. 27. Crazy business dude. Dark hair, strong nose, very sexy shou--That part was erased. Hrm.
Finally, the paper work was down and she stuck out her arm obediantly. Her free hand dragged the sleeve to her arm down, lips pulling into a grin, a smile aimed at Ronchas. "Go for it."

Ronchas held up the shot and placed it on a vein before injecting it quickly. Very good, very good, now that the shot was in there was no taking it back out. He grinned at the lady and pulled back, placing a band-aid on her arm.
"Wonderful wonderful, all done. See very easy and with no pain, no pain." He reminded her as he stepped back. He grabed her papers. With a glance at the name he wrote it down on the file then locked it away in the file cabnet.
"Well this will cost 30k, 30k, and you can pay just out front. Selma will take it, take it." Ronchas asured her with a grin and a nod.

Callee just blinked at the needle in her arm, looking down at it plainly. Ronchas' total went over her head; she had it. Being a model paid well, especially when it came in the level of Gaia gold being tossed around every day.
"Selma. Right." Her eyebrows twitched; that shot BETTER last for more then a year with that price. Either way, she slid off the bench, shook Ronchas' hand and left. Selma was paid and Callee was on her way.
