i've found 2 lolita dealers that seem pretty good called
yinyincs store yinyincs closet
bathing cat store funky-little-shop
i ordered 3 pairs of socks from bathing cat....
does anyone know how these dealers are? does anyone know others?

Neither of those stores are actually very good at all. They sell GLP which is a low quality brand. If you want better quality, there's Fanplusfriend Garden on eBay as well as their webstore. They make replicas of other brands in custom sizes and tend to be much reliable than Yinyinc's or Funky Little Shop.
