.... hack/scam/phish-proof it's totally creepy. My sister sent me this site on her MSN called _____.com [I don't remember the exact letters]. It re-directed me to this site called msnstatus.com [don't go here]. Apparently, it's a so-called add-on to MSN. If you enter your e-mail and password, it will let you know who has blocked you. I opened it, looked at it for two seconds, and big red warning bells began going off. "SC-AM. SC-AM. SC-AM. SC-AM." I looked it up. Sure enough, it's a phishing site, just a less known one. It logs onto your MSN and sends the site out to various contacts several times a day. So, now I have to tell my sister to change her password on MSN as soon as possible.
Who knew the "DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE EVEN IF THEY CLAIM TO BE AN OFFICIAL PERSON" that Gaia drummed into us for years would be useful?

That's pretty cool. Even so, the new warning page for being redirected is quite annoying. It looks like it's yelling at me. o.o

I love it. xD It's impossible to miss. You can disable it, you know, by going to your account information page. But if you do, and you get scammed by a fake Gaia site, I believe you get zero sympathy. It's there for a reason... just in case.

I LUFF my gaia warning page. It lets me click on links, and see what the URL is before I go to them. Actually today I was in the chatterbox and someone had a thread called "Please post on my profile!" So I went, her post said:Quote: plz? www. tinyurl.com (or something like that) i dont no y i tinyurled it i just felt like it. So then I immediately was like: SCAM! COOKIE-GRABBER! FULGYINESS!

I know, that's the only reason that I keep it on there.
