See in the announcement!Innit nice of Gaia Also - I would love to hear your opinions on Gaia .. With these quests for items and trailers - sponserships from MTV - Sony ETC? A lot of people see this as selling out i want to know your opinion? <3

Oh~ Frogggyyy~ Now I can cosplay Frog or Glenn from Chrono Trigger. whee ((PS1 is all I have since my other consoles died T.T))
Well, I don't like a lot of the items, but every now & then there are some nice ones from the sponsers & well *shruggage* I mean it's not like the sponsers are a big part of gaia, I can just egnore them. xD & Be greatful that they brought us a new item. whee heart I guess Gaia needs more money? xd Which I can't argue with that there. x3

I like some of the free items.
Goggles, Leap frog - And a couple of the others.
But selling out? Nah.
I can't actually see an issue with Gaia being sponsored.
Gaia being sponsored = More money for Gaia = More money to hire staff with = More features.

I dunno to me - i see gaia as a business.. and if im honest it doesnt bother me in the slightest that they have sponsors - im totally with you EL <3
I'm happy they are making money what those three founders are doing is basically what a lot of people want to do when they start up a forum site - it must be like a dream come true to now have to be big manager people and hire staff and PAY THEM shock shock horror - i really think half these people dont fully realise how much something like this costs to run - considering how popular it is... they just think they are getting greedy D: i dunno...
i just don't see it that way at all..

Ahhh!! I haven't been here in ages o.o
I don't mind Gaia having sponsors. The items tend to suck, but occasionally there's a good item! And they're easy to get lol. Sometimes even the sucky items work with the weirdest outfits! When it comes to watching trailors, I will mute my volume and minimize the window till it's finished XD

I guess with over 2k of gaians not donating anymore and protesting about the shops - the MP prices may go up n___n fine by me for selling but sad for those who dont donate and have to buy with golds D:

Seriously, you'd be lucky to find a thread that praises Gaia in any form or way.
And I agree, I mean, imagine the amount of servers Gaia owns - With this many members, some one has to pay it - And i'd much rather Gaia got that money from sponsors.
