Sitting on the corner of a young town is a large mansion. In the mansion is darkness and mystery. On occasion a young woman or man will vanish from the town and everyone will look up to the mansion. They believe it is haunted and that it brings bad luck to the town. Every night the lightning comes the mansion claims a new young person of the village. Recently, there have been many large storms and almost all of the young people are gone.
One young detective is looking into this mess, he was staying at an inn to investigate when one night, a storm came, and he woke up in a large bed. What the young detective didn't know when he accepted the case, was that he was the next victim.
:In the Mansion:
In the reality of the situation a lonely vampire mistress had stolen away six individuals from the town, three female, and four male. The last male was the detective, although she hadn't planned that in the least, she only wanted six. She was lonely and so, with her servants and the seven new companions, she wanted to hold a ball. She provided them all with elegant clothing, food, shelter, and locked them inside the mansion. There are seals on the door to keep the new companions from escaping.
There is a large sitting library with a fire place and blinds that kept out all of the light. They were far too heavy for any normal human to move. ((Only Humans and Vampires in this RP. Sorry guys.^.-)) The books were old and dusty, nearly breaking at the binding from use, and a polar bear rug lay before the fire place.
The kitchen was where most of the servants hung out, there were ten all together, five male, and five female. All of them had one of the opposite gender their age, but none of them had really connected as a pair. The group all loved their mistress, calling her kind and gentle when she wanted to be, and follow her orders perfectly. They keep things running and clean in the house and are friendly with the new guests.
The dining hall was a long hall with a table that could hold twenty that was plane bare wood. There was a piano in the corner and candles lining the walls with two pull out doors entering at the side as well as a kitchen connector swinging door to one side where the servants could bring out the food from. Dinner was called when the sun went down and although the mistress didn't eat, she would sip on a glass of whine, or so it looked, and play the Piano while the servants and guests ate.
There was then the grand hall, a room where people could come down a stare case from the rooms and into a large hall where circular tables were set up near the stairs, an organ sat on the far side with a piano on either side, and speakers were hooked up, the only modern thing in the castle, to play music when the organ and pianos weren't going. Music was always heard there, generally classical of some sort and soft, but on occasion it would become rock or more of a horrific sound.
The rooms were small things, compared to the rest of the castle at least. They all had large king sized beds with side tables beside them and a lamp upon the table. They were all pastel colors like light yellows, pinks, or blues. They had closets at the side and bathrooms connected to them. The closet contained several garments which were all elegant and older in style but beautiful never the less. Each room had a variety of sizes and shapes of formal wear. There were also slippers and high heals for shoes in each in case the girls didn't know how to walk in high heals. There was everything someone needed to look formal in the closet and the servants would take clothes that people wanted washed if they chose.
