The ap lit teacher picked out the senior play this year, more shakespeare, ug, nothing against it but shakespeare gets kind of repetitive year after year after year after year after, you get my point. Anyway, is it any good?

12th night is FREAKIN AWESOME! And it can totally be shifted into a modern storyline.
It's the story of a young shipwrecked woman who disguises herself as a man to protect herself and falls in love with a duke. He finds he's attracted to her but is put off because, well, he thinks she's a man!
He is actually in love with another noblewoman, who falls in love with the main character Viola, or fionna or something like that's twin borther, twin? I forget if they're twins or not but it's great! He's survived as well and it's one great identity confused, gender confused twisted romantic comedy! You'll love it I'm sure!

I've read the script, now I can't decide if i want to try out for olivia or viola, I can honestly play both pretty well. Olivia isn't the lead, but she has funnier linmes, and I'm all about funny. But viola is tyhe lead, and I've never done a lead role before, and if I got it it would definetley lokk good when I go to audition for the theatre department in college. I can't decide!!!!!!!
