Ok so I majorly think that Keisuke and Kazuki Kato look like brothers. i know they cant be twins because they are four years apart. if you go to their drama wiki's their family name is exactly the same. and i was wandering if they were brother or they just happen to look alike and have the same family name which i doubt.
