Anyways our Band Festival is coming up in two and a half weeks. I am in our 7/8th Symphonic band and I need some advice on how to hit higher notes easier. Theres this song called Novena in which the trumpets have high notes like crazy and I lose my lips and air support before the song ends and I need some help please!

try to push the air toward the bottom of the mouthpiece, use more air, sit up straight, and firm up the corners of your mouth..... and youve probably heard all of that before, so i dont know if im really much help. sorrry. good luck!

Everything but the bottom of the mouth piece. I'll try that, anyways thx for the help. Hopefully everything goes well otherwise our band director might hang us all! sweatdrop j/k or am I?
