Most people hate them for three reasons, cause Kobe, because they're a Suns fan, or because they just hate them.

For those that say Kobe is a ballhog, you need to get off the freakin bandwagon. Kobe scores like any other player(but more) and he manages to get 5+ assists in a game. At the same time. Kobe would have also have more assists if Kwame Brown; who wasn't that good, could learn to be more aggressive.

After the trade with the Grizzlies for Gasol, the Lakers are arguably in the top 5 and maybe even the best in the league. They got rid of Kwame and a couple of players. Yes, Crittenton was good but, Gasol is better. Besides, if they allow Bynum some more rest, Gasol can get a better feel and Bynum will be able to play at 100%

The Lakers aren't perfect but they are really good. I just hate the fact that people hate them for the most stupid reasons.

Some people also say the the Clippers are better than the Lakers, but, they're not. The Clippers are a good team, but not better than the Lakers. Why? because they aren't consistent. They have a lot of good players like, Cassell, Brand, Maggette, Livingston, Kaman, and few other people, but, the Lakers have, Kobe, Bynum, Gasol, Odom, Fisher, Vujacic, Radmonovic, and most of the other players.

I agree, also, they have a great bench compared to most teams. I also feel sorry for Houston. I'm not saying that have a bad team without Yao, but without him, their streak won't go to far.
