The little colt hid in a bush.He was looking for berries or apples.He moved the bush and was makeing alot of noises.Brian was the colts name.Boy was he having fun.He poped his head out of the bush and looked around.He was Cute when no one was around.But frightened as a mouse when it came to others around.

Cozen's mother and father had finally let him go out to explore on his own. He was so eager to see the new world around him. Everything was interesting and the brown colt wanted to know everything about what he saw.
He was trotting around on his stick legs when, suddenly, there came a noise from nearby bushes. Cozen wasn't afraid, well he didn't know there was stuff to be afraid of yet. He was curious as to what was making the noise and slowly walked over to it.

A little tail poked out of the top of the bushes.It looked to be as if it was a foal like him.He wasn't sure that anyone else was here.He'd be scared and shy when they tell them they are there.Brian whinnied as in a laughy kind of way.

As he neared the bushes, Cozen could see a little tail pop out. He figured that there must be a foal inside the bushes and continued moving forward. "Hey in there!" he called to the bushes, "What are you doing?" Cozen wasn't sure why a foal would be in a bush and was curious as to why this other one was in one.

Brian sinked into the bush.He wait for something.Then he puped his head out with a..."Boo!"He laughed lightly.Brian got out the bush and shook his whole body to get the leaves off him.Boy was he having some fun."I'm lookin for berries!"He laughed more."What you doing?"He looked at the other."Wanna help me find berries?"He was shy around adults.But not ones like him.Thats because they were his size and the adult weren't.

Cozen backed up a little when a colt jumped out of the bush and said 'boo' to him. The brown colt hadn't ever heard that expression before and wasn't sure how to react to it. So he just skipped to the others next question. "Find berries?" he repeated. Cozen had never done that before and would try every thing once. "Sure! I wanna help" he answered excitedly.

"I'm Cozen," the colt replied, looking the other over. He took the colt's image and name and stored them in his mind. That way he would know if they ever met again.
"So, should the berries be in the bushes?" he asked, unsure of where to look.

"Nice to meet you Cozen!"Brian smiled some happily.He looked back to him."Yeah."Brian jumped into the bushes again with his tail hanging out.
