Hmm...
I'm suggesting that the captain or the crews should customize the front page because it looks so blank.
The dullness makes people dont wanna stay.
And, try to order some original banners from a banner shop because the glittery flag looks so unattractive.

 Customizing front page issue
Can only be done by the Captain and Vices.
Crews do not have the option to alter the front page nor edit subforums.
Will bring this matter to the Captain though ^_^
Inviting more members issue
There's an invitation thread in the Bulletin Board.
Members are encouraged to post the names of buddies they want to invite in here, preferably, Malaysians.
As for getting newbies, it's kind of hard to establish Malaysian newbies from the rest.
I, myself am offering out invites to random Malaysians but got no responses as of yet :Sweat:
RP forum
For the time being, start an rp thread in the RC sub.
This is because, the so-called "RP sub" would be a waste if only one or two rps exist.
If there are many rp threads, then a sub especially for them will be opened.
Contest forum
As of now, make use of the RC sub first.
Since we do not have that many active members yet, again, it would be a waste to have a sub but with less participants.

This guild is boring and that is one reason people don't want to stay.Sorry if what I said is offensive but you guys are missing out a point.

To be honest, I kind of agree with Faris Azri Aswandi.
I know only Captain can customize the front page but he better act fast.
Dont invite people to join this guild in a cheap way or if yu guys know what I mean.
(Forgot the word x_x;; )
Try send them an invitation.
Not by comment.
Try to avoid all those sticky posts.
Make this guild hidden or private because it shows that this guild isnt a random guild where yu can post whatever you want.
The last one, create some funny random games.
That's all I can suggest so far.
P.S = Please dont be offended with my suggestions because I'm not use to these sulking attitude.

suggestion: buat banner baru yang menarik perhatian orang ramai.. (buat la pertandingan)
pasal front page..tau la koro da terang kan tp mmg kene ubah la sbb empty sangat..
