i've also have another render that i made for a desktop wallpaper. i haven't uploaded it onto the site yet, but here's the dA version:

i used maya to model her, and photoshop to edit out my renders (adding post effects and the like...nothing super major). she's all rigged up and pretty much ready to be animated, which is what the final result will be. if you want to check out my scribbly animatic i made in flash, it's here:

I think you did a pretty good job of translating her to 3D. But I do wish her bangs had more details.

i have another version of her in where she has much more realistic hair. the downside is that it's not very efficient when it comes to animating...i wish i could use it but i'm not sure if the computers i have at home will be able to take it.

as for the animated bits...you guys can check out my playblasts of the ones i did. i completed two scenes out of eight or six...i just need to render them out.
