People as you know shirevs never on and I have been wanting to recreate the mansion...I want all the original people to help me out and tell me exactly what you want to...hell cuss me out if you want!!! but I have proof here that I have permission if you doubt me but plz like I said help me out! Shirev I've been thinking about it since I'm never able to get online. Something you may not know. I'm 21 years old, almost 22 now. I have alot going on in my life and I'm moving out east very shortly, so I may be gone for awhile. I've been thinking about handing the mansion responsibilities over to someone else. You two are the first to come to me about this. Seeing as how you've both been with me for so long and that you're so passionate about the mansion, you have my permission to copy it as you see fit and take care of it. My problem with the old one was that it got glitched with one of the updates for Gaia and I couldn't update it. If anyone says anything about you copying the mansion, feel free to quote what I've said here. Shirev I'd greatly appreciate it biggrin

I'm not Kamazara anymore.
If I may make a suggestion, I think that maybe when you advertise the mansion, use proper punctuation capatalization, spelling, and so on. It does make the whole idea more appealing to newcomers. It is for me and most of my friends anyways, I've seen guilds and thought, "Hey! Maybe I'll join that!" and then I see that the owner uses chat speak and I go, "Uh.. no."
Don't get offended.
