I think that Joe Perry is one of the most underrated guitarist.He is so awesome but no one recognizes him.

I was watching this thing on t.v. and they said that Joe Perry is the best guitarist and the most underrated.

Joe Perry is one of the pioneers of rock and he has influenced many guitarist including Slash,Richie Sambora ,and many others so to say that he is a horrible guitarist is stupid.He is looked to as a role model and guitar hero by many.

I used to think he was impressive....and he WAS! but, my soon to be geetar instructor is also a recording master, and met someone who recorded Joe Perry. Appearently, the guy said, :Joe Perry......can't play anymore. It's like recording a five year old."

too say the least he's just not my cup of tea.Meh, I'm not really a Joe Perry, or an Aerosmith fan, but to say that Joe Perry isn't a good guitarist is just ignorant. He is definitely NOT the greatest guitarist of all time, but he is certainly "Above Average" when it comes to playing the guitar. (Even still) Hell, I'm more versed then a lot of people, and I'm not that good. Jason Becker however makes me want to just give up all together.
